The place is great. Nice setting and comfortable. The service is great too. The place is shared with the hotel lobby. You can have a drink and they propose cookies, fruits and breakfast. Quite expensive though for the quality. I am not a fan of industrial food and my stomach reminds me about it each time.

Excellent staff and facility. Great rooms and common areas - clean, modern and minimalist yet welcoming and warm. Room layout is practical and very comfortable. Absolutely outstanding friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff.

After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - I typically don't take the time to offer reviews, but this experience warrants it. The hotel was modern and clean, and was located close to restaurants. However, the employees are truly what makes this experience stand out - their kindness and empathy. I had forgotten my laptop charger and the employees went above and beyond to help me locate one - even providing me one from their own computers. Thank you Kurt for saving the day - you are truly a rockstar!

We recently made a week-end stay at Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms are okay, but nothing spectacular. Gathering from the pop-corn ceilings, I would guess the hotel was built 1970ish, but the rooms have been maintained and upgraded. The bed (mattress) in our room had seen better days - sagging if you sat on it and not real supportive. One thing I did not like was the noise, especially from upstairs neighbors. There was some kind of soccer tournament, and kids were running in the hallways and making noise. We were awakened around 5 A.M. by the upstairs neighbors. ' Unsure if we would stay here again.

Good stay at a convenient location. Plenty of places nearby to get a bite to eat. Room was comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here a few times and will probably stay here again in the future. Parking is convenient.

After my reservation was not honored at a nearby hotel, I went back to my old stand-by, Marriott. Was able to get a room booked online. Nice check-in experience, they explained the dining options, pool rules, etc. If there is anything that could be improved … 1. The southwest door is one that cannot be opened from outside with your room key. I don’t understand why. Regardless, a sign indicating this would show respect for your customers. 2. Check-out is 1 pm according to the California Law statement on the interior of the door. Come to find out, it is Noon. Neither of these majorly impacted our stay … but small things like this can make a difference. Signage. It’s all about correct signage.

Lelaine was the agent who checked me in when I first got to the hotel and she was very accommodating and sweet. Good customer service skills seem hard to find these days and she just has them naturally.

I was called to Dublin for work and found my temporary home here at the Courtyard Marriott Pleasanton. I was in a 1 Bedroom Suite and was pleasantly surprised to find out that these rooms were renovated recently. Beds are comfy, everything is clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to the Front Desk team for going above and beyond when I needed to extend my stay twice. Perfect 1 week stay at this property and looking forward to coming back again!

I booked room for my guests online, when they checked in and checked out, the hotel did not charge them, but to charge me. I never showed up at check in nor did I touch the room keys, the hotel declined to correct their mistakes!

This spot always delivers. They serve excellent food for affordable prices, there is no waiting time even when the place is busy.
