This place is the greatest breakfast/brunch restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve eaten all over the world, mostly throughout European countries. Been to all of the best places in Vegas. This place is a work of art. Their eggs Benedict is heavenly. Their chicken lemon soup just hits all the taste buds. The French toast reminds me of what my mother used to make, but if she was an iron chef or something. Immaculate food, great service. Price is a bit high but the quality of everything justifies it pretty well. Wonderful place.

This is an underappreciated downtown, Pleasanton restaurant. I like everything about it, including the attentive staff, the food choices and service, and even the three vegetarian choices (three times as many as I usually get in downtown Pleasanton restaurants!). Definitely recommend.

The service was impeccable. We never had to ask for water or anything. The waitress handled our menu requests without batting an eye. I had the beet salad which was excellent in flavor and size. Perfectly chilled. My guest s salmon was cooked perfectly. We were not rushed and enjoyed the stylish and warm atmosphere. It was a perfect evening

Our group of 11 came in for a business lunch celebration and unfortunately the service was very slow that day so we were 45 min late back to work. I ordered the chicken risotto which was more like a dried out jambalaya. The flavors were interesting but the rice had no creaminess and the chicken was very over cooked to the point of being crumbly.

I'm not sure why but we've been here before and this time was a complete disappointment... The food was average at best.. I had the risotto and the waiter didn't ask if I would like some parmesan on it.. Which it absolutely needed because it was very bland and had no flavor.. Disappointing. I ordered a drink after dinner. When the rest of my table ordered dessert and my drink never came.. Once again, minimal interaction from our waiter and no quality checks on his part to see how we were doing.. Not sure if there has been a change in management but I likely won't be going back.. The restaurant industry in Pleasanton is to competitive to spend my money here

The place was very quaint and nice romantic ambiance. The service was friendly and accommodating . The food was not tasty. I ordered the fettuccine pasta and it was bland. The calamari was chewy. The burger was unseasoned. The drinks were strong but the mix was a bit odd. The best thing we had was the crab cake.

I made a brunch reservation for 5. When we arrived, our table was waiting for us. Service was friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly, all orders were correct, and everything was delicious. Very much appreciated that it wasn't too noisy indoors so that we could enjoy our book club conversation without shouting.

I brought a friend to Tri-Valley Bistro this week. She had never been to the restaurant. I ordered my favorite- fried polenta veggie stack and she had the chicken pasta dish. We both loved our meal, service was attentive and the casualness of the restaurant makes it one of my favorite places in Pleasanton.

Ran in for a quick lunch and just sat at the bar. They were serving brunch. So, I had the eggs Benedict. It was fantastic, perfectly cooked eggs and crispy potatoes. Young lady at the bar provided excellent service. I will definitely be back.

To be honest I go to "The Bistro" because (excuse the spelling) Cory and Havva do an excellent job of making me feel welcome and the atmosphere is usually subdued and reasonably quiet on the weekdays. Followed Cory from his previous employer because he's personable and makes a manly martini. The food has always reflected the competence of the kitchen staff and service is consistently attentive. I highly recommend this place even though I would hate to see it become overrun with loud, unruly types who don't appreciate it for its' hard earned character.

Had a delightful lunch here with a friend a few days ago. Needed to find a restaurant that was in the middle between our respective locations with a menu that offered a nice range of salads to entrees, and selected this spot as it checked all the boxes. So glad I did — food was great; servers were attentive and welcoming and we weren't at all rushed along which was great because we hadn't seen each other in a while and had much to catch up on. Truly thrilled to have found this spot and will be back to sample more of the delicious food!

This is a wonderful restaurant in quaint Pleasanton downtown area. The food was good, except the brussel sprouts were a bit soggy, but the crab cakes were awesome along with the adult libations. My nephew had a brunch selection from the menu and said it was very good, too! I loved the dining al fresco on a sunny afternoon. The service was top-notch, with our server being very attentive at alltimes. This was my first visit, and I'm looking forward to the next time!
