9 dollar bag of pretzels but they had zero butter or salt. I didn't ask for plain bites like that . Not sure I'll return. I think a loaf of plain bread is equivalent. Thanks .

Price gouging at this location compared to others in area. $9.49 for a Mango Boba Frozen Lemonade, $8.99 for Wetzel's Bitz and $1.99 for dip. Do not frequent this location until they lower their prices commensurate with other franchises in the area (already up due to inflation).

Undercooked, partially raw pretzels is not a way to keep customers coming back. I ordered a plain regular pretzel and Wetzel bites. The plain pretzel tasted doughy, so I spit out part of it and then examined the whole pretzel to see that parts of it were RAW. Ugh. I didn't discover this until we had left and there's a chance I ate some of it...The Wetzel bites, however, were cooked through thankfully as we had eaten some of those at the mall. Customer service was ok. Not the friendliest and very abrupt, but kind of expected. But I really hope that something is done for food safety reasons as raw dough can make you sick. First time coming here in years and it will be my last.

Had ordered the pepperoni jalapeño pretzel since I had a long day and I was super excited to get one, unfortunately that was not the case. The entire pretzel tasted like it was soaked on jalapeño juice, the pretzel wasn't cooked all the way as you can see some raw spots after taking some bites. I was already in my car, and I went to the one next to JCPenney and did not want to walk back to the other side to ask for refund/exchange. When I got home I kept throwing up, my left abdominal had a sharp pain for a few hrs, and obviously I had food poisoning. Do not come here!!!

Very good customer service, every time I go here I get my pretzels very warm and the people working there make the place feel welcoming for the people who go buy there.

Go to the main shop at the second floor by JCPenny and not the kiosk on the first floor by Macys since that's where they crank out da pretzels. The bake shop is smaller than most and it does get busy but they are adequately staffed to help the customers.

Terrible costumer service and a rude disinterested manager. I order a mini meal and the total came to $16.57. I tell the cashier that can't be right because the full sized pretzel is on $6.50. How can a smaller version and a drink be $16.57. Of course, the cashier doesn't speak English and I had to point at what I was trying to say and he wasn't getting it. I looked at the manager and asked if someone was going to help. He looked at the total and said that's right and there's nothing he can do about while throwing up his hands and walking away without and professionally or knowledge of what was going on. Basically, even for a mall location, I need better service. A truly pathetic staff and manager.

A few months ago, I got a soft pretzel with cheese and pepperoni with a side serving of cream cheese. Extremely delicious! Soft and chewy and baked just right. Would recommend!***By the way, I could not find a profile for your store on Yelp? I tried requesting Google to add it. Please advise?
