Waited for almost 30 min for the order. It seems like they made other ppl's order first because I did not pay them tips. Their tip options were also ridiculous that they were 18%, 20% and 22%.Their food was horrible as well. I tasted one bite and I could tell they added some weird additives including MSG to it. Lucky that I did not finish it. My bf finished it for me and he had allergic reaction in the middle of the night.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I came back to give this place a second try and I liked their poke dish . While the sauce was sweeter than I liked, the overall fish and vegetables were well made.

Tried this place while I was out here visiting and it was so good the sushi is the perfect size overall very happy with my food ! Definitely would recommend

Service: 3.5 stars Vibe: 3 stars Food: 4 stars Price: 2 stars I wanted to love Xushi. We ordered a 2 item bento box (salmon teriyaki and salmon nigiri) and a lion king roll. Prices must have increased since a month ago when some Yelpers reviewed this establishment but both of those items cost $15 each. This made Xushi not an affordable place anymore but a restaurant that had prices comparable to a nicer sushi place. The Lion King roll, I heard was tasty, but the roll looked like it went to Weight Watchers because it was pretty skinny! The inside atmosphere resembles more of a fast food joint with the way the tables look and how the staff leaves the restaurant after we ordered so we had no idea what was going on or when/if we'd get our food. The fish was fresh however, and that's the most important factor for me, so I may come here again but only stick to bento boxes since they're a better deal than the skinny rolls.

The food here is delicious, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. The bentos are the only thing reasonably priced. When getting bentos here, I suggest getting any of the chicken options. I find that they tend to be more generous with the chicken. Never order the salmon teriyaki, as they only give you one piece of fish. Overall, this place is great, just a little overpriced for what it is.
is a really good sushi place! i will come back next time definitely. The rolls are good, and the bento box is really a good deal too. The front desk is nice and gentle. overall, is a nice restaurant!

2 item bento box from Xushi Bento House in Pleasanton comes with white rice, salad and miso soup for only $12.99! It's so much food, perfect for a busy mid-week when you don't have time to cook like me lol I chose Ton Katsu and the classic California rolls

There were drain flies around the dining area, the owner noticed and mentioned that they getting pest control to address the problem. Nice gesture but then I was thinking these drain flies actually live in the sink drain plumbing system and probably must have been sitting around the food. Good idea to close the shop until you fix the problem, I did get upset stomach next day. The food was good though. How do you identify drain flies these look like flies but are 1/5 th in size

Checked in but didn't order. A bit pricey for the portions, maybe next time. I was greeted at the door but no other interaction. I did have questions but they did not come forward to engage. I'm going across the street now....
