Boba Tea Zone used to be my go-to boba place locally in Pomona for the last 10 years. The location is now under new management, and has been renovated.(-1 star) The classic milk tea (black) does not taste good. It has a strange aftertaste and is not sweet at all. The boba is stale and is not sweet at all.(-1 star) The prices have increased by 45% under the new management. A "large" milk tea is now $5.75 before toppings (used to be $4). The "large" size is comparable to a "regular" size at most other stores. So a standard milk tea with boba is now $6.25.On the positive side, the interior decor is nice, and the staff is friendly. K-pop playing on TV in the background.Unfortunately I cannot recommend the milk tea here anymore. Boba Tea Zone used to be the only option for milk tea in the whole Pomona area, but there are many competitors now.

I love this place just go often before work and usually alone and everyone is always desk nice. The drinks are made super fast and everything is always good! 10/10 recommend

Friendly employees,cozy lil spot for great flavors of authentic Asian cuisine ,my only problem is the place Is called boba tea zone,and the main ingredient the tea wasn't fresh & had that bad tea taste overpowering the the whole drink and I got the special buy 2 get 1 boba tea free , so I drank 3 of these guys in hopes by the second one I'd get past the bad taste of old tea ,the bobas were a bit hard also,maybe next time I can try there food as it smelled delicious.Blessings
