I ordered off from Uber eats and they forgot both of my sides and sauces, and the chicken looks old and dry... if you're not having your workers constantly checking on the orders and then what are you guys doing. No wonder the review are so bad for this location disappointed...

This place always be closing early. They might as well changed their hours to Closed at 8pm. They say no more chicken when clearly their employees are walking out with boxes overfilled.

I love me some Churches chicken... but every time I get food from this location it's hurts my stomach like...very bad... I paid attention this time to be sure. I don't think they change their oil often enough. I had only ate them for today. Postmates brought me my food at 12:30 & my stomach was hurting by 2.... The chicken was cooked a lil hard but that was okay... it has to be the oil they cook the food in. It's 9:30 & it still hurt a little bit. They need to use clean oil... Beware... I'm just saying.
Every time I come they never have regular chicken. They try to sell me spicy chicken all the time. I always have to wait 30 minutes to get the chicken I want.

ordered at drive through at 5pm but was told there is a 25-minute wait. Normally I just drive away, but I felt like fried chicken that day. Cashier then told me to wait in front. 30 minutes, I walked into the store to check my order and was told another 17 minutes ! Obviously, they have given my order to someone else! I would just block the drive through next time, but there will not be a next time at this store!!! Got a question for the manager at this location! Why would you keep frying spicy chicken when you guys are always out of original?
