The food was BOMB. I got the chicken and fries and it was so good dipped in their secret sauce. I had to ask for another sauce to go as well since there was so much inside one box. Theyre also the sweetest family. Definitely going back for more!!

DD's Chick and Cat Shack was some of the best quality food I have had in LA. The chicken was super juicy and for a chicken tender it was mostly chicken. Sometimes you order fried food and it is mostly batter but that was not the case here. Their secret seasonings on the chicken were amazing as well. Their secret sauce and cajun fries are worth the price of admission alone. Would recommend that anyone try the food and continue to support a family owned small business.

Well seasoned and sauces were great.The only thing was I ordered wings and fries combo. It was supposed to be fries Nd hushpuppies. The were great. But I only got 2 . So I'll give it a 4.99 rating..All in all , Recommend it...Update.. I didnt read on the menu that only 2 hushpuppies came with the order.. ?

My husband and I just had a chicken sandwich, fries, and cherry lemonade and it was absolutely delicious!! It is the best chicken sandwich we have ever had!! The sauce on the sandwich was really good.The chicken was breaded perfectly and so juicy. The fries were seasoned perfectly. All of the people in the food truck were very nice. We hope they come back to Glendora soon.

Best Catfish this side of the Mississippi! Yeah I said it and meant it! Tender, not dry, perfectly seasoned and fried! I had mine with the Cajun Fries and Hush Puppies. It was on point! Ill be looking for them again and recommend that if you see their truck, make that stop and order you some!Oh! And the Cherry Lemonade was the perfect drink to wash it all down!

Stopped by DD's for wings and a few sides. Delicious wings- fried to perfections with the perfect blend of seasonings. Got Greens and mac n' cheese and they were both delicious. I would go back for their Sunday dinner of ribs and other sides.
First time here i live 3 mins away from here the I ordered 2 cheeseburger boxes wait time was decent cool that we can literally chill in our car right in front of the place I asked for our drinks in advance they have a selection of their Dirty Tea, Cherry Lemonade, and what I got the Swamp Water which is a mix of the two and Man can I say it it was fantastic! I bought two more just to take home. On to the food it was very good at a decent price you can tell the quality of it the Cajun fries weren't to spicy now the sauce is a real kicker ? 10/10 will be coming back

Anyone wanting not only the taste of the south but also enjoy the personal touch of the man that is the founder of the flavorful items ,you got to check it out. Chicken was kickin,cole slaw was one of a kind delicious and the fries with their spices was off the chain. Looking forward to lunch there again and again.

Having grown up in the South, I approve of their fried catfish and hush puppies. I got their shrimp and fish combo, and it was really delicious. The shrimp was a smidge on the salty side for my palate, but the fish was perfect. You get your choice of fish with the combo. The combo comes with fries, hush puppies, and a drink. I tried their dirty tea, and it is good. However, I would only recommend it to people who like their tea really sweet...as in Southern style sweet tea levels of sweetness. The dipping sauce they give you is also great - a combination of tangy, sweet, and smoky. The owner was so sweet and gave me a sample of his smoked rib tips. It was so good! I will definitely need to come back for more of those. I would recommend calling your order in ahead of time if you don't want to wait. Otherwise, be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes for them to prepare your food. At least you know it's fresh! They are a tiny spot, right next to a gas station and car wash, and easy to miss. There is only outside seating, and it is limited. So, it's definitely more of a take out place. Come out and support this local, black-owned business!

Last Friday, my husband and I picked up an order. He ordered the DD’s Catfish Po’boy box with a swamp water. I got the DD’s Chicken Wing and Waffle box with a cherry lemonade. O M G!!! So, so incredibly good! We were also given some samples of rib that just melted in our mouths. Owner talked to us while we waited for our food, and he was just so cool. I haven’t stopped thinking about the chicken and waffles. I’m hoping my husband and I will go again this weekend ?? So, if y’all are looking to support a small family business that makes some damn good southern food, y’all need to come check this place out!! They got all 5 stars for a reason!

Wow thank you my brother from another mother. Very delicious everything cooked well even the hush puppies were not too dry loving that coleslaw and that little kick and as far as that special sauce lookout cane’s special sauce this one’s going to take the prize.Really appreciate that you offer that little sweetness with a dessert of a nice peach cobbler.Oh wait and I can’t forget about that swamp water though the combo oh that sweet tea and cherry lemonade so great together
