I went the other day I guess it’s not R&B anymore but the girl refused to acknowledge me or take my order. I just hear and her boyfriend I think complaining about having to make 15 drinks from an online order. I stood there for like 10 mins waiting but they were just laughing behind the counter.. I get if I have to wait but at least be like hey we have a big order instead of complaining and ignoring my presence. I thought with the increase in wage they would be more inclined and less lazy. Came by on my break time. I'm diabetic and it did not disappoint. Went to order Matcha Stormy with no sugar, however the employee explained that the taste would be bitter if it has no sugar at all. He recommended putting 10% or 15% sugar and I'm telling you it is still good. I haven't had boba drink in awhile and coming to this place which is very close to where I work at is amazing. Craving satisfied for real!!

Don't bother to come here at night. The 2 guys working at night never bother to care. They don't even bother to acknowledge a customer who is standing right in front of the cash register for more than 10 minutes. Is it that difficult to say "we will be right with you" or "welcome to R&B"?
