Was feeling for some chicken & had high hopes because of the 4-star rating. Ordered chicken w rice n beans, it came w salad, tortilla, & coleslaw. Nowhere on the menu states that the rice and beans were spicy, my food had a vinegary taste too not sure where that came from, the chicken is soooo mid it is dry & does not have much seasoning...they also forgot the ranch for my salads. My friend got chicken w fries, he said the same thing about the chicken, and the fries were just tiny and sad. We were extremely disappointed. My plate was nearly $17, I'm never picky nor do I waste food but I had to throw this plate away, unfortunately.

This spot uses to be really good. Some of their staple items are still good. The BBQ chicken is still a must. Their teriyaki chicken bowl is still a good choice. The items that have missed a step is their pastrami. Its not the same. The quality has gone down, and the seasoning has changed. Their breakfast has also taken a step back. I dont think I will be coming back

I am a valued costumer on Sunday at 1130 am I came in to order my regular breakfast I wasn’t sure what I waited the lady behind the counter Cindy was inpatient remind you I come all the time love this place I couldn’t decide so I asked to use the rest room she got very upset saying you need to buy something I understand stand you’re policy and I did plan to order as I used your restroom I felt as if she was treating me not as a customer making me feel uncomfortable when I came out I decided to take my business elsewhere unfortunately she yelled at me and said this is the last time I’m going to use your restroom making me feel like a street person please let Cindy know how important customer service is…… you have lost a valued customer
I have been going to Dino's chicken for years. They have the most amazing chicken I've ever had. There's sauce that they marinate the chicken in is out of this world I strongly recommend going here.
Had not been out to the Pomona location in a long time. They moved to the back of the same shopping center as there is now a Starbucks where they used to be. Nonetheless, they are in the same parking lot. Dino's Chicken with fries, extra juice, and tortillas are still the highlight for me. But a lot of people were ordering Charbroiled bacon cheeseburgers, which also looked delicious! Good customer service and great food!
