The food is good the service is good, the SAFETY concerns are overwhelming at this location. There are homeless people all over this Jack in the box, they scream at you when you pull in to purchase food, they are aggressive and erratic. VERY SCARY spot to go to. There are no security guards anywhere the employees here feel unsafe and have told me on several occasions they have to confront the violent homeless people outside in order to get them to stop approaching customers. I’ve been told police have been called on multiple occasions and police refuse to give safety to the customers or employees. Being a person who works for a PI attorney I foresee substantial lawsuits in the future for not only the owner not taking steps to ensure the safety of his employees and customers, but also the police department for blatant disregard for the safety of their citizens and negligence AND the city for failure of a duty to the public to ensure their safety.

The food here is way overpriced and the food is TERRIBLE! I felt as though I threw my money away. 60 dollars for 4 dinners. The fries were cold and hard, the burger was disgusting and dry, and the staff had rotten attitudes and looked like they wanted to be working some where else.STAY AWAY if u want a decent meal. Shame on you Jack in the box! You raise your prices and create worse food for us consumers.

When you go get a grilled chicken salad and they give it to you with cold chicken!! Youre expecting nice warm chicken and the chicken ends up being colder than the salad yea I just threw the whole thing away fucked yo my whole experience
I understand making a mistake if it's busy, but when there's not anyone else in line or the drive thru I don't think it's excusable. My order was half-assed.I made my order online because I thought there'd be less mistakes. First of all, I was made wait an extra 10-15 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready, and their lobby had the worst smell because of a flooded bathroom. Then when I get home, I notice we're missing an order of nuggets, and About 5 of my tacos were missing cheese. I was very disappointed because they are my go to. I'll have to switch locations.

Over all it's taking care of the homeless and the consumer. Impressively it's able to juggle both crowds seamlessly and without judgement or gripe. And remember if you go through the drive through and you see a homeless person. They just want tacos which are a 1.99 for two tacos. Maybe don't look the other way.... Any how thank you Jack. Truly American!Parking: Right now you can't enter from Holt only from Gary so just plan on drive through unless you wanna play bumper cars at the county fair.Kid-friendliness: Just keep your kids on a rope and bring plenty of wipes. If you catch my drift.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessable.
