Last night I went thru the drive thru and didn't realize there wasn't the jumbo jack with cheese in the bag. By the time I went back my curly ? were cold. I also don't understand why there are not milkshakes late night. It's on the menu. You just can't get one after 11pm. You'd think they'd have a secondary unit just for late night. It's really disheartening to hear they're cleaning the only unit they have. Maybe they should switch to handscooped ice cream like Carl's Jr. You can get a milkshake any time day or late night.

There is a guy that works in the morning today Monday 3/11, he has great customer service. The ladies working with him could learn from him. I asked to use the restroom, the lady seemed so bothered to buzz me in. She even rolled her eyes. The inside of this location is extremely clean and has a nice bright ambience. It does not feel like your at a Jack in the box

This location is excellent the customer service is super nice and the facility is clean, are Burgers came out amazing they did an excellent job. To be honest it was exactly like a burger should look .. I recommend this location it is the best Jack in the Box I've been to in a very long time. Thank you to the staff and

The only thing I go for is the oreo cookie ice cream shake they have.
I ask to use the The restroom ? but the Manager told me the sink wasn't working, obviously they don't want to clean the restroom that's why they say it's closed or something is broken, they make an excuse,

I make sure to avoid this jack in the box and i love jack. The final time i was here i came In on a real hot day and was denied a cup of water after spending over $15 on food . Not to mentioned they are the slowest Jack i ever been 2 oh and if u come in early they say they say open at 7 but they run the drive through only until abiut 830 i asked there employee why and he said the people inside do it so it dont get packed but there not supposed to. The manager is not good at management they curse and talk about inappropriate subjects the kitchen is open so voices travel. They always have a sign that says restrooms are not available to avoid cleaning them, if your persistent they'll eventually buzz you in.

Rudest girl kept yelling a barrage of insults because i asked to use the bathroom. Accident on the freeway and we were traveling 3 hrs. First she said they were closed then she said I couldn't use the men's bathroom. I was shocked that in today's day someone would pull a sexiest card. I begged and begged and she let me use it. She then went ballistic when my husband who was buying asked if he could use it after me. Her manager had to remove her. Worse experience.
