Dear jack in the box, PLEASE FIRE THE MALE CASHIER THAT WORKS GRAVEYARD! This guy is a horrible representation of your company, he is very rude and extremely unhappy to be there, he’s been this way since the first time I came here and till this day he’s extremely rude to customers and I been going there for a while. I really hope you guys do yourself a favor and him and fire him because he’s a horrible look for you guys! He’s just such a negative and very conflicted person .

Horrible customer service waited 20 min drive thru food was wrong and whatever I got was cold called the store and I was told They will replace my order went in to the store to replace it and the person by the name ROSARIO made me wait like 20 min because apparently she was on the phone just to tell me she couldn't replace my order she had a horrible Attitude like if I just wanted free food no lady now a day food is expensive we work for it Can not believe she's a manager.I'll be calling Jack in the box corporate office

I would've liked my poppers a lil more done than I was served, but they were still good. The soda machine in the lobby was out of order which was a bummer since I like the variety that type of machine gives you. It's not the best JIB I've been to, yet not the worst either.
