Came in on a Thursday evening around 8. Young African American woman with braces was on the phone the entire time she was taking my order and making my smoothie. The call was on speaker too. Horrible customer service

Employee was on her phone the whole time planning a party with her friends. Got mad when I placed an order of 2 smoothies. Stayed on the phone the whole time when I attempted to cancel my order. Would not refund me. She then dialed the manager and they said they could not refund me my money. First bad review I've ever written. They literally just took my money...

Complete disregard for those with dietary restrictions . They are quick to argue rather than apologize or clarify their issues . If you receive plant based orders mixed with non plant based orders , do something to Indicate that . And don’t be surprised when you’re asked simple straightforward questions about such . Attitude is everything. If you don’t hear or understand something ask questions . The professionalism is non existent . Not safe for vegans or vegetarians since the staff are not trained properly in what they’re serving .

I went to Jamba Juice right before the rush hour. As I was waiting more people arrived and she forgot all about my order. She did 10 people’s drink before making my bowl. When she finally finished serving everyone who came AFTER me then she made my bowl. When I got my bowl there was no strawberries in it. So I asked for strawberries and “she said they’re all out.” When I ordered she didn’t tell me there wasn’t anymore strawberries because there was but because she served all those people before me she ran out and I got left with no strawberries in my bowl. I was looking at her making the drinks for people, so Ik she used strawberries. I couldn’t even ask for a refund because she didn’t even give me a receipt. I want my refund!

This is the worst Jamba Juice ever, they charged $11.78 for a frozen jimmy dean sausage sandwich… apparently Natalie H didnt heat the item upI brought the FROZEN food back and she said she would email her manager requesting a refund. I called 7 days later and still no refund, she said it could take up 5-7 days from when they receive the request and my refund would appear at the end of the month?!!! I had to file a dispute with my bank, this the worst Jamba Juice as they serve cold food, dont issue refunds when they mess up, and make you run around calling for assistance.

Kaila had such horrible service. I asked her for a second and she sighed loudly. After when I had told her I was ready she completely ignored me i had to repeat myself. Most definitely won't be returning if this is the service you guys give. Seems to me that you guys just hire anyone she is so LAZY!!!

Service was quick and easy. who doesn't love a Jamba Juice. I was so happy to find one especially driving in such hot weather. I got the strawberry wild, which was delicious and sweet. They have three sizes: 16oz, 24oz, and 28oz. I got the 24oz to share with my daughter since I thought she wouldn't finish her own. Boy, was I wrong. She drank more than half the 24oz by herself because it was so good! The smoothie was blended just right and well made. The store was a bit empty inside but they were playing good 90's-2000's music.

Honestly, this is like the 5th to like 8th time we come to this location. At all different times and days of the week. And their door is always locked. It seems like once they see people approaching they're all on break and lock the door on you. This location either needs to hire more people or learn how to cover for each others breaks. Because there's always more than one person we see inside. If we're not the ones getting the door locked on , we witness others getting that treatment. It's sad because this is the ONLY location that I see doing this.

Ok well this is probably it for me. I've given this spot several chances. Literally the last 4 times I've been to this location they are out of more than what they have! Really?!! Out of peanut butter? Every time? Anyways it's disappointing too cause I like Jamba. The young staff looks like you're bothering them too! Youngsters word of advice! You should be grateful to be employed! There a several people out there that would like the opportunity you have. If you don't like your job or working for that matter! Please step aside for someone that would appreciate the position. Management? Be careful! They're representing you!!!

I had ordered 3 drinks and there was only person operating. The worker had touched the trash, charged us at the register, then proceeded to make our drinks without gloves or washing her hands. When our drinks were done we didn’t know which one was which since they were different, when I asked her she replied with a nasty attitude and then ignored us.

I first made a post a few weeks ago with 5 stars(Update)Every single time I go there is a lovely sign that says “on break”I’ve came on 4 different times and every time was the same.Maybe just post that you are closed.Save us customers the gas and the frustration.
