Just had a chicken salad. Some of the driest old tasting chicken I’ve ever had. When I brought it up to server they said that they just microwaved it. I’ve had good tasting chicken here but this was not edible.

How are you going to sell undercooked chicken and then when it is brought up to your attention you’re going to have super nasty attitude about it. Gente naca. Si tanto les molesta hacer su trabajo mejórense y váyanse a trabajar a un lado donde no tengan que lidiar con gente. Both the old lady cashier and the girl working were so rude to my mom. Y’all need to do better

The food is really good, chicken, rice, beans, potato salad, and their salsa were all perfect.The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. I will definitely come back here over the other popular chain of similar food.The rice is different it's not red rice, it's arroz con polo, chicken rice but it's very flavorful, like all of their food.

I've been going to Juan Pollo for years and I've never really had any issues but it seems like lately the person making the burritos has been slacking since I've had bones in it. This is the 2nd time it's happen at this location. I figured the 1st time was a fluke but I guess they just don't care. Super disappointed.

Fast, quick and good food! Juan pollo will always be our place to get dinner from whenever we’re too lazy to cook. We love their potato salad and rice.
This was my first experience at this establishment they serve chicken only. The chicken was very moist had a lot of flavor the food overall was excellent the service was good I intend on going back
