I have been ordering the shrimp fried rice for years. The order I got today did not taste as good as the ones I have ordered in the past. Did the recipe or cook change? Is there a new owner? I will not be ordering again unless you go back to the old recipe.

If the food is in the Hood it's gonna be good! First time trying Kwon's, good portions, fair price. Dined in, there was plenty of seating. Parked right in front. Neighborhood a little sketchy. The cashier was friendly and ready with suggestions. I'll definitely be back.

When I lived in Pomona this was the spot to eat Chinese food. It's under new management now. The staff at the register was not friendly. I think her son was asleep at one of the booths. But the taste of the food was not that good. It was dry and didn't have a lot of flavor. I order the shrimp fried rice. There were a few pieces of shrimp. And chicken chow main. It's sad that this establishment has went down hill. I will not be back. The worst part is all the crack heads outside. I took my order to go.

Really bad service the señora cashier that says she is the manager is very rude and always mean mugs me when i go because I returned some food and she didn't want to do a refund she kept telling me nothing was wrong even though i told her the rice was really hard and stuck together and they over did it with the soy sauce. She kept arguing and trying to get all up in my face. Watch out for her when you go and don't take her shit. The outside is tagged and the tables are usually dirty, but i always buy to go anyways.

If you don’t know about this place, then you’re really missing out and obviously you’re not from the area but you don’t have to be from the area to know about this place so again you’re missing out! Lol please believe me when I tell you this will be the best fried rice with anything you choose to put in it you’ve ever had! This is a staple in the city of Pomona, and I highly recommend you to bring everyone you know to try this. I got shrimp fried rice my buddy had beef fried rice and I treated him to lunch and he was just amazed Quan this place never fails us! Come on down and try it on Holt Avenue in Pomona.
