They need to learn their own menu. I called and asked if they sold individual slices of pizza. Me and my gf drove all the way there only for the cashier to tell us they actually don't. Please explain to them that it's important to remember what they sale.

I remember when I used to work here. The work is easy, the employees were fun to talk to, and it paid well for the time. but some of their management team and by some I mean one, was very difficult to work with. imagine working at a pizza place where you know you're going to get dirty with oil and flour when making the dough only to be chastised by a certain manager simply because you had flour on either your apron or your shirt. now I don't know where this supervisor got the audacity to think that you can stay super clean while making food but obviously they don't belong in this position. whether or not they're still there I don't know. as for the food, I have not eaten there in years but it wasn't too bad. it is in a bit of a ghetto area though.

Save your money and go to little Caesars just a few blocks down. The service wasn't bad but the pizza was the most disgusting pizza I've ever had. Bought 3 boxes and not 1 person could finish a slice. Tried to go back and get my money back but there was nothing the staff could do. Decided to just give them to the homeless people around the block.

I ordered a large pizza with a few toppings and when I showed up and paid for it while the elder Hispanic lady at the register went and grabbed my order...so I checked it to make sure it was all fine but it turns out they forgot to throw the pepperoni on the rest of the toppings. No problem. We'll fix it right? No. That lady was VERY rude about the whole thing. I asked her if I was charged for the topping because if not then I'll just take the pizza as it is but they did charge me for it and she was just mumbling around getting frustrated or something. A younger worker came to the register to help out and offered to bake a whole new pizza which I was reluctant about because I was already in a hurry. So I asked if they can just refund me and redo the transaction but the elder lady was very rude and refused and began to say something about it being my problem not theirs and left with an attitude to the back. The younger lady was nice enough to throw in a small soda to reimburse me for the toppings.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would but sadly that's not an option. I had an event on Saturday and ordered 4 gigante pizza's. I placed the order online two days before complete with confirmation and on the day of the event my pizzas never arrived. We called about 4 times and never got through, their lines just rang and our calls got diverted to voicemail. I get a call Monday afternoon from pizza loca two days after my event to say to pick up my pizza's because they are ready and don't have delivery available, two whole days after my event! That is ridiculous! Do not waste your time or money here and definitely do not plan ahead any further orders.
