Customer service was beyond TERRIBLE!!! They forgot two of our plates, never came to check on us. We had to ask for extra plates, We asked once more for our missing plates and it still took them 30 min for them to bring them out. When we made it known the waitresses talked amongst one another & made ugly faces and still didn’t come back to check on us. We had to walk up to the register to pay!!!Food was great, but due to the service we received we’ll never come back!!

This place has seafood and beyond, the food was so good, michelada were very good, served with shrimp and cucumber on top to enjoy while you drink, you need to go always crowded but yet everyone is seated.

I had a mixed tostada that was great. Great amount of seafood in the tostada including shrimp octopus aguachile shrimp and more. The juice had a great flavor. The only thing was the service was not great and it would help a lot if the food had descriptions on what comes on each plate.

Customer service was terrible, I didn't like the waitress who served us. He had a very bad attitude.
What a bad experience, the truth is, I didn't even have the desire to return, there was a disorganization with the waitresses, it took them a while to bring the tacos and they brought them cold and I ordered a cocktail and I expected that they would bring it in the glass and they didn't bring it on a plate, then they ran out of them. lemons and toast and they don't give you any more very bad service to be honest
The owner of the OSTION restaurant goes out of his way to sell drinking water. According to the bottled by themselves, the bottles reek of seafood. The owner will not make enough money to even sell bottled water with a sealed lid or give away a glass of filter water. If the client requests it. NETA GOES ELBOW.
