I hate ordering from a kiosk that doesn’t work and employees to busy chatting to help. Left without ordering anything.

I went in with my daughter. People were eating inside. And I went to order. It was pouring rain. The manager said they were closed on the inside. Really? People eating and the doors open???? So I said can you please just take my order in already inside. He refused. That is just wrong. Horrible management. Denie my child food.

Mcdonalds supose to have it my way with a smile but the staff refused to give me a refill after I spilled my coke in my car cuz they didn't put the lid on correctly. I went through the drive thru and the staff told me they wouldn't refill my one large coke. The staff was very rude I won't be going to this mcdonalds again.
This McDonald's doesn't open until 8:30 AM. They refuse to serve the homeless before 8:30 AM. It's false advertising to say you open early when only your drive thru is open. The service here is no good at all. So, don't walk here and expect anything.

I was waiting in the drive thru to order mid day, and a random homeless man started to clean the back of my car. I asked him politely to please stop touching my car. There were about 6 homeless people hovering around the drive thru asking for money. I was very afraid. As a woman, being alone...day or night...I was really afraid of them. The man who was "cleaning" my car got upset. I asked him not to touch my car. I kept asking him 4x. He started questioning my reasons for asking him to stop touching my car. He still asking me for money anyway...practically demanding it. This will be the last and ONLY time I will go to this location. Management and the staff are s aware of this situation but don't do anything about it, apparently. This is a huge safety issue.
The person who took the order was rude as we wanted barbecue sauce and he said very rudely don't have, then we wanted a freeze and they did not have the flavor we wanted then asked if they had the cola freeze and her rudely said we only have whatever flavor they had. To top it off I asked for ketchup and the girl said I did not want any sauce. I then said you have no barbecue sauce so I can't get ketchup for the 3 order of fries? She then laughed. 11/26/2023 @ 9:30 pm drive through. The mc doubles looked like a cheeseburger as they were very flat and the mc chickens had no lettuce and were very flat. What is going on at this place. Fries cold.
