This is my first time coming to this place and the customer service is horrible, I had ordered 2 Coffee drinks and Karla said “milk tea” so I thought the coffee drink was called a milk tea like she said and she gave me 2 milk teas so I had told her I wanted the coffee and she refused to give me the drink I had ordered. Karla said I’m the one that made the mistake not her so I couldn’t get a refund or get the drink I originally wanted. I had explained that if she didn’t hear my friend said “one coffee without boba” and she said “well you didn’t hear when I said two milk teas” with attitude. There was another associate that was perfectly fine with making me the original drink I ordered which was nice but then Karla came saying no. Karla was very rude and has an ugly attitude. I never got a refund or the drink I had originally ordered.

So disappointed. I decided to come in to try one of the drinks on my way to work on Friday, March 1st around 4:30- 5:00 p.m. and was waiting in line for about 20-30 min! There were multiple people waiting in front and behind me as well as people who had already ordered waiting for their order to be ready. One customer waiting even jokingly said to the employee "Need some help back there?" And the employee informed her that it was only him working that shift! I had to leave the line because I was about to be late for work and couldn't get my coffee. The owners of this location need to stop being cheap and schedule more than ONE cashier at a time!! He looked overwhelmed and was trying to get everything done as fast as he could. Poor thing. I was really hoping to try this place.

Delicious boba tea! They were smack on the donuts so I didn't get to try them but the brown sugar boba tea was phenomenal! I didn't know boba tea could have this much flavor. I'm probably ruined from any future drinks.

A new Mochinut has opened in the city of Pomona and I have to say that the donuts from here were super fresh. You can taste the softness of the mochi in these amazing donuts! It's been a while but maybe because it is new they have high standards on their freshness. Their homer which is a pink-sprinkled one was delicious and I would say get this! I believe they have and carry different flavors from time to time and I did also enjoy the churro flavor as well.

I tried the coffee boba drink and honestly very good woke me right up. Adding on to that I also got the mozzarella corn dog (I think that's what it's called) it was freshly made and the taste was good it didn't feel greasy. The donuts were really good I tried the white chocolate strawberry donut and it was really yummy. The fruity pebbles donut was also very good it didn't taste too sweet. The service was really good we were greeted at the door and were very patient with us while we looked at the menu. They also answered our questions and attended me very fast. The inside is very clean and well managed even though it is small it's very cute. Overall very sweet and patient workers I 100% would go again.
The drinks are super sweet so I do recommend asking for half sweet if you're sensitive to the taste but things taste great here. The mochinuts are pretty good.

The mochi doughnuts are good. The texture of the Doughnuts were good. Some better flavors than others. I haven't yet tried the corn dog variation they had. I did order the brown sugar boba, which I didn't really like. Just tasted like like. The service was good though. People were nice. And the place was really cute.

Overpriced and low quality IMO… the mozzarella corndog I got was frozen in the middle and shaped like a brick instead of a corndog. Also why can’t you buy the donuts individually? 3 donuts for $10 and $7 for a corndog filled with cheese is ridiculous. Sadly do not recommend!
