Came in around 9 tonight and right off the bat was greeted by Albert who had incredible outstanding customer service I thought a Robot was taking my order lol I definitely recommend this place the food was delicious and there are many topping choices! It never fails me coming to this location from the food to the service it's always on point ! Thank you Albert

everytime i come by around 10pm, they're already closed?? came at 10:20 and they have their doors locked. didn't bother ordering online since they're refusing orders anyway update 2/6/24: they reached out to me after seeing my review and said "ur child just didn't pull hard enough on the door they are a little heavy". it's insulting enough to where it's funny since my husband attempted to open the door. clearly didn't even bother to review footage before contacting me and didn't respond after i corrected them.

Haven't had Pieology in a while and decided to get it. I was hoping to get the 1-Topping Pizza option and when you order, it's like Subway where you choose your dough, sauce, veggies, and meat. However, there was confusion with my order as I thought 1-Topping Pizza option meant unlimited veggies and one meat (as that's what the employee told me). As such, when I went to the cashier, I was met with more than I had originally planned to pay for. This resulted in some discussion and confusion with the manager but I'm thankful that the manager was receptive and didn't charge me (as it should have been a build your own pizza). But just want to mention that the employees should have been clearer and firmer with the customer so it doesn't lead to confusion at the end. Overall, I'm thankful for their understanding. Regardless of the customer experience, the pizza was great--not oily which I loved and the mushroom, spinach, and tomatoes added on were delicious. But I was quite disappointed with the burnt ends at the bottom of my pizza (shown in picture below). Would have been nice if they scraped that off before giving it to me because it's not healthy to accidentally eat that.

The service here was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was also really clean, and the atmosphere was very inviting. Albert and James were super friendly and the pizza was delicious. My boyfriend and I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes until it was ready. When we got our pizza we were excited because it actually looked good. Come to find out the dough was still undercooked. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence but definitely won't be ordering here again.

Service was excellent, I opted for the classic cheese pizza to go. It had the perfect amount of sauce to mozzarella cheese ratio, it was cut kinda funky but it gave my pizza character haha My only complaint is, on one side, underneath my pie, was extremely burnt. The gentleman even showed us the pizza before we left and it looked fine...I should have looked closer to see the black burnt crumbs in the box :( The restaurant itself is pretty clean and there is an ample amount of seating. There is a gender neutral restroom in the back but you'll have to ask for the code to use it. Don't forget to check in to redeem your FREE Chocolate Chip Cinnasticks!

Ordered 3 pizzas to go, and had the bbq chicken one from their signature menu for myself. Employees are friendly and efficient, and our pizzas were ready within several minutes. The restaurant is clean, with ample table and booth seating. Drinks are self serve, and includes soda fountain drinks, and a few types of lemonade as well as iced tea. Restroom door requires a code, just ask an employee. My pizza was good, with a perfectly crispy crust. They definitely didn't skimp on the toppings :)

The gluten free crust is really good. I was hoping that their regular dough was plant based but nope. So we had to get the gluten-free. It was tasty and had the right amount of dough. The cheez and veggie toppings were also good.

I’m vegan and so I got the vegan pizza. It wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t the best I’ve had. I would just say I would want the veggies cooked more and the crust was a bit thin and too hard and crunchy. Maybe that’s just me but someone else may love it. I probably wouldn’t get it again.
So I walk in, no one is there. The Lead, Diana doesn’t acknowledge nor call for assistance as she is making an online order maybe 2 minutes of standing there no acknowledgment James comes to assist. James I am going to assume is new because he didn’t know where the garlic butter was. He was sooo slow and was literally being stingy on the cheese, which resulted in me saying “more cheese please” 3 times. There was just no customer service, I know this is fast food but come on I shouldn’t know you hate your job.

First time trying Pieology. My son woke up wanting pizza for breakfast and this was right next to our hotel. We were the first in the door and were super happy with our experience. My son loved picking out toppings and seeing the "big fire" cooking our food. We also tried the garlic bread and 10/10 recommend. If I'm ever in the area again, I would return for more great service and great food.

I recently visited Pieology and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience due to the inappropriate behavior of an employee named Miguel. Not only did he make rude remarks about us to other staff members and use offensive language, but he also looked visibly unclean, which was concerning. Additionally, he was observed rubbing his nose during the time he was making the pizzas. This combination of unprofessional behavior, unsanitary practices, and offensive language created a highly uncomfortable dining experience. I hope the management takes quick action to address these issues and uphold better standards for their establishment.
