If it would have a negative 5 star I would give it. Just walked out. Had us waiting for so long to sat us down when there was a table available and once they did still waited. Waitress ended up getting the order of someone who came after us. Not happy.

Jenny was very helpful and seated us right away. She was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. She has a great attitude and I know how hard working with customers can be. The seafood boil was delicious and I enjoy getting the thai tea to drink. Will definitely be going back again.

The food is super bomb. We are return customers, I called 3 times to order ahead each time I was placed on hold and kept waiting, so I just hung up. We got there, and the girl up front was on the phone texting, did not greet us, and didn't even acknowledge us or the other people in the restaurant. As we were placing a to go order, the young girl in the front was still texting as we were telling her our order. It's disappointing. But I hope the location can improve on this.

The fish and chips, calamari, fried shrimp and black pepper fries are really good. On the other hand I cannot recommend the gumbo, it has a very bad aftertaste and it does not taste like gumb at all. Everything else, like customer service and inside the restaurant is nice and clean.

Updated: I will leave the 5 stars for everything else except for the gumbo. Big ZERO for gumbo because it is not Gumbo. Just because you put shrimp and tiny pieces of sausage in a bowl of Campbell's celery soup does not make it gumbo. Sorry, to say but the gumbo is disgusting. Do not waste your time ordering it. They would do better if they used Zataran gumbo mix from the grocery store. *****First time visiting just a few weeks ago. I ordered take out fish n chips, shrimp and something else. My daughter also ordered the tilapia and another item. Unfortunately, I don't recall everything we ordered but we were very happy and satisfied with the tilapia fish, fries and shrimp - seriously, everything was delicious and the shrimp perfectly cooked. The special combos do not offer flexible substitutes. Otherwise, the food tasted really great, and take out was easy to order. The restaurant itself was nice inside, especially since the area does not have many nice sit-down restaurants.

I ordered the crawfish and the oyster basket. Very delicious. Only problem was the oysters could have been cooked a little longer that’s it, everything was delicious.

I am giving only 2 stars because the service was terrible. My daughter and I were the only guest eating in today, there was one server and very few Togo orders. She was the must unpleasant person. She has zero cares for her job, zero personality, acted as if we were a burden. After food was served she never checked on us, just stood there watching tv. The food was great, the service is the issue at this place. It was the first time I gave no money for a tip. She looked like she really hates her job and or her life. This is why this place will never recover from Covid. I was at the opening of this restaurant and it used to be a great experience....not now.
Muscles and shrimp are good sauce is wonderful try to stay away from the crab though they pre-boil it earlier that day so it's real soft and mushy but it was still good

Went for the crawfish. I ordered everything mild sauce. The crawfish were big. Delish! Also got chicken wings, but they were a bit dry. No matter, i was really there for the crawfish. Will come back for crawfish again. Also, the server was very attentive and always had a smile on her face.Parking: Parking is right in front.

I don't know why my review wasn't added last time but they are great! The owner is cheap lolStill hasn't fixed his merchant systemBut his food quality is excellent. SoMaking sure I have every way to pay before I enter is essential when I have a craving! King crab leg isn't over cooked perfectly steamed I should give a 4 star because the shrimpIs definitely over cooked however ther eking crab leg price definitely makes up for that! There's a sweet lady with front bangs younger than the older lady! If you check this give her more hours! Lol she's nicer and smiles and makes your feel welcomed and hears your extras. The other lady is ahh a bit rude... foods amazing though

The food was expensive the waitress told us one price when we got the video just for french fries and a tiny piece of fish and 4 oysters and I don't even think they was the bill was $57 it was $14 fish and chips was $12.99 but she charged each when I asked her about the bill and saying you told me that it was going to cost the same thing tell 1299 went to nowhere she charged me 15 $20 just for the oysters out of jar
