On April 3rd, 2024, my experience at Starbucks was made remarkably memorable thanks to the incredible effort and kindness shown by two outstanding employees, Janet and Diana. After receiving an incorrect order from another Starbucks location, we found ourselves at their store, hoping for a simple fix to our morning mishap. What we received in return was nothing short of extraordinary service.From the moment we explained our situation, Janet and Diana welcomed us with empathy and understanding. They didn't just listen; they showed genuine care for our disappointment. With a mix of professionalism and personal touch, they quickly set out to remake our order, ensuring every detail was to our liking. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.But it wasn't just the remaking of an order that set Janet and Diana apart. It was their attitude, the warmth, and the effort they put into turning our day around. They engaged in friendly conversation, shared smiles that brightened our mood, and made us feel valued and appreciated. This level of service, where employees go above and beyond to rectify an issue not of their making, speaks volumes about their character and dedication.Thanks to Janet and Diana, what started as a minor inconvenience became a reminder of how impactful excellent customer service can be. The worst‼️ I tried to place an order on drive through and the girl taking my order was so rude I had to repeat my order 3 times and she didn’t understand it; she asked if I can get out the car or window because she couldn’t hear me. She said our speaker sucks, if your speaker doesn’t work how was she able to hear me when I said ok I’m coming to the window to order she said NO in a rude way.!!

I used to come here everyday since they opened and they had a great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately they started hiring new people and I had the displeasure to had this kid that entitled himself as the shift manager to be there at the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times cause he wasn’t paying attention and surprise, my cappuccino was pure milk made me puke. I came back and told him it was nasty and he gave me a bad attitude, super arrogant and remade my drink this time with no milk lol. Might be too difficult to prepare a simply cappuccino. After that they lost an everyday costumer

I always stop here on my runs for water and everyone is always nice although why don't they have a bathroom for customers? And why don't they have patio furniture or free wifi? Very unlike the normal standards for a Starbucks. With it just being a drive thru it's get in, give us ur money, and get out. The drive thru on Dudley is also like it BUT they have patio furniture and wifi... why can't this one do the same? They have the space for a few chairs and tables for sure. FYI I use the drive thru all the time on week days and the service is always great and the drinks are always good :)

No line. Lady at drive thru was friendly. We ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble Fraps. Grande. I was not happy with the drinks. We got little to no crumble. No mocha drizzle. Drinks weren't blended well. It felt like it was a tall because there wasn't much drink.

3rd time in this location I get my drink like this we pay almost 6.00 for venti for it to be served like this. I’ve been going to other locations because the lack of serving but this is 2 mins away from my house.. so sucks that I have to drive further.Here are two different dates n same situation.N no i didnt drink it u could tell I didn’t drink it I left as is by the top is clear

Guy working the drive thru was very rude. I always order from the passenger seat when my husband is driving and there is never a problem. This guy said he couldn't hear me when every Starbucks I go to there is no problem. He said I can't hear you cause your in the passenger seat. Then we go up to the window and both are drinks had no strawberries, every Starbucks I've ever been to always tell you hey just so you know we don't have strawberries for the refreshers and it's fine. But he just had attitude from the moment we drive up , Then we ask for napkins cause we got food and he just grabs 2 and like gives them all rude to my husband and turns around all quick with no thank you or anything. Never coming back here.

Before this Starbucks arrived this was a vacant lot where some wildly bad folks would post up. This business has helped so much with the atmosphere. Also it is usually less crowded that other bucks.

I order the same drink as I do on any other S.B. place, this spot played me after I told them that it doesn't looked as fill as any other times....but they swear it was correct, will not stop here
