Waiting for 20 minutes for my food after constantly asking if my order cane through until they realized after everyone was gone and no line that my order never came through

Friendly staff! They're quick on orders and are really nice about wanting to supplement stuff for other options like replacing meat with beans.

It is a restaurant located in one dining hall of Cal Poly Pomona. I have been here several times, and I have ordered several meals, but it was during the period when I was a student at Cal Poly Pomona. The meals were delicious, and the service was prompt. At the same time, the prices were quite fair!

They have messed up my order twice in the total of 20 or so times I went there, but are always nice about fixing things. Very cheap prices, fast service, and delicious Americanized "Mexican" food.

Good place to grab a burrito!

Ordered a chicken burrito supreme that is same size as my iPhone and overcharge a dollar for it without telling me. Atleast man up enough and tell me how small it would be for a dollar more or put the right price on the menu.

I used to come here all the time on my lunch break. Its sad they don't have the full menu so just be aware.

This place is okay if you want a cheap lunch. A much smaller menu than a chain Taco Bell (hence the express). However, the food and service are consistent (if not necessarily lightning fast). Just remember it's a Taco Bell. If you don't expect too much, you'll be satisfied. They accept credit cards, unlike other on-campus establishments. They take BroncoBucks too. I don't come here often but I'm never disappointed when I do. Give it a try.

Everybody knows about and has opinions about Taco Bell and they're probably not going to change, unless they're grandparents visiting from nether regions in which case you can guess what their opinion would be. This Tuberculosis, being of the express variety, is not as good as a normal Taco Bell. Being under Foundation management, it is even worse than a normal Taco Bell Express. Foundation uses their own suppliers for things like tortilla chips. So their tortilla chips suck much more than a normal Taco Bell's tortilla chips. I'm tempted to bring my own chips in a little bag and have them make my nachos; that's how lame their chips are. And it is the most deceptive line you have ever experienced. I have been behind just one other person and ended up getting my food a full eighteen minutes later. What the hell are they doing back there? I try to eyeball their activities and see what the hold up is, but they look busy and I don't know are they always making special presidential tacos for Dr. Ortiz and that gums up the works? It's a mystery. But sadly for me, it's still Taco Bell and I still suffer through it.
