Delicious and attractive selection of goodies. They make it easy to come in for a quick snack (plus the drink deal with $10 purchase) or even a good gift for someone. The employees were very sweet and nice and helpful.
My eldest daughter just turned 18 recently. Yes, I have an adult child now LOL. I am grateful and blessed. I wanted to get her a b-day treat. I'm constantly looking for new bakeries to try out. On my way to drop off my daughter at Cal Poly Pomona (CPP), I saw Uncle Chuang's Bakery at the University Plaza. I said I'll be back later to check you out LOL. Thank you for coming through. I remember visiting this place possibly this year or last for my kids' birthdays. Every year, ever since they were in the womb, there's always a mango cake. We even had a mango ice cream cake. We went to this bakery since it's the closest Asian bakery near us and it was right off the freeway. They even had fresh mangos on the cake. Convenient and close by. Nice big lot for parking.
