This spot has become a quick local gem for me. Off of one visit they remembered my order the next time i came. Super friendly and you can tell they really care about their food. My go to is their breakfast burrito with pastrami as the meat with pickles. Their pastrami is tender with a light chew just the way i like it and with their hot sauces it is absolutely delicious. First timer and I loved it, the owner did a great job mixing modern with traditional. I absolutely loved the Hoya Coffee! The food was great the prices are good, there was no line, I think it's underrated.
