I ordered a plantspired steak and specifically asked do they cook the the plantspired separately from regular meat. Rep stated they do. However, as I watched the cook prepare my plate he used the same pan for my vegan meat and the regular steak. Then he place my plantspired steak on the same cutting board he was using to cut the chicken, and steak. Therefore, contaminating my vegan meat. This is not right and I was straight lied to. People order vegetarian meat for a reason. Horrible experience. With the prices your paying for the food Waba grill should at least prepare it right! Very unhappy customer. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

We have gone here 4 times nows and each time and they have messed my ordered up. I orded the white meat meal this time and they not only forgot 1 of my rices they gave me dark meat and tried to hide it by putting sauce on it when I asked for the sauce on the side. We payed 35$ for everything to be wrong We payed extra and we were cheated out of our meal. I would like to be able to call a Manger for a refund.
