Food itself was not bad, but when checking on my to-go order they forgot both drinks in our combo meal. When I go to call about a refund they give no confirmation about a refund and makes it seem like they will just brush it off. When calling the next day, the manager picked up with a very rude tone of voice and again did not clearly confirm that they were going to put my refund in and just ended the call abruptly. What a disappointment, will not be ordering from here again.

This has got to be the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to, I only come here because it’s the one closest to me. No one can get an order right, they always forget something and when you go back in to ask for what they forgot they look at you like you’re the stupid one that got the order wrong. Just saying check your bag every time you come here ?

They tell you they put your order complete and when you check they in fact do not give you your full order and blame you if you don’t drive back to the store with what they had gave you. If you call they do not pick up at all. The “general manager” just says no and does not give any solution.

I went in originally because I wanted to get the fries for a survey(yes we had ordered). I used to work at this Wingstop so I know how it works. anyways there is an black man who may be the manager or lead, but he was extremely rude and said we dont do that and all types of stuff and I said I used to work here yes you do still do that like?? anyways this big man basically said no so I decided I deserved something free for doing a survey at least and got some free drinks :) he tried to grab one out of my hand which he cannot do because I know, I used to work there. anyways this place is filthy and I wonder if Gilbert or Jake are still in authority as I would like to make a complaint ?? I know that a lot of times the fries sit there for 30 mins cold and they refry them for about a min or so. wild

Zero stars if it was possible! I’ve never seen a bathroom so filthy. The sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. No towels to dry hands. Toilet didn’t flush, so full of toilet paper and “stuff”. Every table was dirty & sticky! Floor same. I’ve been to Wing Stops in many states and I’ve never seen one that was so poorly kept! The food service counter was also sticky, soda spills, trash on counter, etc. No trash can inside. Clearly management nor employees have no pride…only saving grace is that my chicken was properly cooked!

Ordered my food 30 minutes prior to arriving on the premises. However, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready! What's the purpose of ordering on the app if you still have to wait long periods for the food once you get to the store?

The Employees, are very stressed alots of orders ,not enough hands on deck,costumes get angry because they have to wait 40 minutes plus for their order ,in my case 12

I’m giving you guys one star because there is no zero really bad customer service I had only order wings I did not want to get the combo you guys as a customer services should tell the customer what is convenient for the cliente he said it was already charge and can not switch it for just wings that it has to be the combo I ask them to switch it to the 10 wings do to was the same price as the combo Adam who was the cashier talk to the manager he just did not want to give name or talk to me at all what kind of managers you guys have it was something really simple to fix he just didn’t want to do it very upset

service is horrifically slow. ordered 16 wings and 5 tenders and took over an hour. my order was ready for about 20 minutes and they never called it out; by the time i went to ask if they were ready, they’d already cooled down. the worker told me my order was being bagged up, when really it was sitting on the rack. food is really great and always leaves me satisfied, but the service is simply ridiculous.

This is the second order in a row I had missing food when it was delivered. It was wingstop’s error and they said I need to call door dash to get a refund. I can’t contact DoorDash because I didn’t have an order number from DoorDash it was directly ordered from wingstop app. The first time I had to drive there to get my missing items after the other half of order was already delivered (which I paid for delivery) … 2nd time there was over $30 worth or food missing and when I tried to call I couldn’t get through. And it was 6pm on Friday … after sitting in traffic for an hour and partial food was delivered I didn’t have the energy to drive over to get my missing food . I won’t be ordering from here again. Worst experience both times.

This Location is an absolute disaster, ordered Super Bowl day. I understand it’s very busy but 4.5 hours for my small order is insane!!!!!! The whole time they had no idea where my order was, and couldn’t find my name. Owner of this location needs to step up and management. Seeing what happened today was a disaster. Hopefully this location gets better.
