I am a chain restaurant snob. I'll own it but I was hungry. We knew from years previous experience: IHOP is open and the food is goodThis menu makes me want to be very bad. This IHOP is actually better we expected.We came here a couple times when we came to our beach house and it’s always a waited but today we went about 10 am. And got seated right away.Service was great! It's IHOP. That being said, the food was as expected. The only complaint was that the chicken tenders were over fried and tough. The service was great. The place was empty, so the cooks and waiters' conversation carried through the restaurant; it's expected, but the convos were inappropriate in content.
