Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, if you want your drink made right do NOT go to the Starbucks in Ralph’s off of Rinaldi. I had an order of one drink with nothing special, had to repeat the drink at least 10 times while the cashier told me she got it each time, and the drink came out completely wrong. I checked my app that she scanned where it showed my order and it was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. I genuinely don’t understand how you could even get something so wrong as she did. They hire graduates from stupid school here.

Nice remodel. The only thing is they took out some seating, when in fact they should have added more.
and now attention: in a place where people come to work on a laptop, study or research something, WI-FI DOES NOT WORK. I couldn’t connect by mobile network, because bad service in that area. the staff said the network was overloaded, sorry. but inside there was not even 1/3 of the space filled. Why do you just turn a blind eye to this and don’t solve it? your sales come only from the brand, but the service becomes HORRIBLE.

Amazing service, barista was amazing and did a lot just to get more whipped cream, he made sure to use almond milk instead of normal milk for an order that asked for almond milk, just an amazing
