Amy had a nasty actitud, she showed a lot of anger towards her co-worker. We decided to wait for her instead she was with her hands full as she was multitasking by baking and filling all the ingredients.Amy should NEVER have contact with customers. Her pointless anger and frustration was perceived by all in line.

I've been to this location several times. The issue is there is only one worker. What happened to subways having two employees?! Especially during dinner and lunch rush? The poor employee has to deal with online orders and in person orders...everyone suffers. Poor management.The good - clean, and good service once you actually are served.

Came in for a jalapeño cheddar sub and they didn't have the bread Got Italian insteadBig mistake Bread was stale and tasted old. Crumbled away just holding it. Lady that made it should have thrown away instead of selling me old product. Took a bite and threw it away

We Love this store and the new owners so much! We always come here for our sandwich cravings and even catering ! Not only they have the best service but they also have the cutest catering packages! Their sandwiches are so fresh and yummy ! Even our doggie loves their chicken!

Ever since the new owners took over I have been thoroughly impressed by how clean and well-maintained this location is. By far the best sandwich I have ever had at any other location. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was perfectly made with great customer service. Best Subway out there!

The absolute BEST quick lunch restaurant in all of Porter Ranch has got to be the Subway at Porter.Ranch. They are always polite and always make each sandwich the Best. As you come into the store they greet you by your first name. The manager , Christy is the most engaging persons you will ever meet and all the employees treat you with total respect. Yep, the best kept secret in all of Porter Ranch is Subway!!!

I went to the Porter Ranch Subway to buy a tuna footlong. The man was putting very, very little tuna in the scoop, so I asked him to please add an extra scoop, he did, then lettuce, he was putting so very little lettuce, almost nothing, he was putting 10 little pieces of lettuce, so I asked, please can you please add a little more, he did. When I was going to pay, he said it was $10.45, I asked why? I always pay $8.99, he said for the extra scoop of tuna, I said you should have told me that I was going to pay more for the extra tuna, if you did, I wouldn't have asked for it. I said please make another footlong without the extra scoop of tuna. He said I can't I already prepared the footlong and there is nothing I can do. He was being very rude to me, that is why I didn't want to pay the extra money. I said, then I won't pay for it, please prepare another tuna footlong. He then calls a lady, the man told her in Spanish (I speak Spanish, they didn't know I would understand what they were saying) "This b**** doesn't want to pay for the extra tuna", then she started screaming at me like a maniac, I said lady do not scream at me, be polite, but no she continued her screaming. She told the man to prepare another footlong with only 4 scoops of tuna. Then the man started again putting very little tuna, a few pieces of lettuce, this time like 8 pieces, I said please put more lettuce, I asked are you going to charge me extra for putting the right amount of lettuce? the rude lady came out again and starting screaming at me again saying yes, if you want more lettuce, you have to pay for it. I said, but he is putting just 8 pieces of lettuce, that's nothing. I said the only thing I ask to put in the footlong is lettuce, cheese and olives, that's all, I do not ask to add anything else, no sauces, no oil, I don't ask to add any other vegetable. The only thing I like in my footlong is cheese, lettuce and olives and you are going to put 8 little pieces of lettuce? She said for this time, he is going to put more lettuce, but next time you are going to have to pay for the extra lettuce. I said is not extra, is just the right amount. She said whatever you want extra you have to pay extra period! I wasn't asking for extra lettuce, I was asking for the fair amount that one gets. Then she said that she also liked the tuna footlong and when she prepared one for her, she put exactly the same amount of tuna and lettuce he was putting in my footlong. I paid for the order, and as I was leaving the store, I see that she takes the tuna footlong that the man had first prepared for me, she opened it and started eating it herself. I couldn't believe it! These two people are so very rude. How can Subway have this kind of employee that scream and insult clients? This is not the first time these two people were putting so little tuna and so little lettuce in my subway, and they always are rude, they have awful manners. I never said anything before to them and I have always eaten the subway with very little of everything. This time I decided to asked them to please be reasonable and add the correct amount of tuna and lettuce and instead of doing it, they insulted me and screamed at me! That is not right! That is not the way you talk to clients! Not going back ever!

used to be probably the best subway in the valley but now it's chaotic and disgusting with their cross contamination and the sandwiches are so poorly made like ‍‍‍
