Cordele was one of the best ? employees there definitely made the experience amazing have not been to a basket Robin's before for it being my first time he definitely made the customer feel welcome and service was perfect amazing character thank you will be coming back again!!! ?

The young woman working inside was nice and very fast in her service! The place was clean and had plenty of seating inside, air conditioned, on a hot summer Saturday. The ice cream I got was great, but the mango and banana smoothie my wife got was even more delicious! Yum!

Purchased a Capachino Blast with a 50% off app discount loaded on my phone. The reader failed to work, (an on going issue for a year), the employee scanned a dollar off coupon and called it good. I saw that the regular price is 8.99. I rejected the buck off. He then said he would charge me for a small. I was quoted over 6.00. Again I said I want to be charged 4.50 plus tax, the proper amount or I would just leave. The drink was already made and he offered another amount, still over charged me.I asked him if I can help with the on going scanner issue by calling a manager. He said that nobody complains about being over charged except me. Buyer beware!

I had the best experience today because of the worker with purple hair (didn't ask for a name). ive never had such good customer service. the first time i've gotten offered a sample at baskin robbins. literally best worker offering me a sundae when i only wanted 3 scoops and my boyfriend and i were like why not and ended up spending more yanno. didn't feel any anxiety ordering like usual because they were so patient and inviting.

Before leaving we asked for the nice guy who waited on us- only to find out it was ALEX “the Store Manager” which made our experience even more unique… he was very hands on, very helpful!Generous portions as well! They do not have all the treats All about ice cream has but if you are on this side of the hwy then stop by and grab a cone or cup of ice cream. Bright, friendly service! They have cakes too for a party!

The staff were super helpful and friendly! First time in there and felt super welcomed. Gama G was the one that helped us with our decisions and I strongly recommend the breakfast in bed it's sweet but so good next time you are in take a sample taste!

The only bad experience I've had, was quite recently when one of their employees got one of my scoops wrong. But that's it.In general, it's a real good place and I recently ordered a cake for a birthday party. Employee Elizabeth was very courteous, friendly and attentive. It was a very pleasant experience.
