This is one of the beat restaurants in town. Everyone is very helpful. Alway clean and the FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH!!! If I can give this place a negative 1 I would... Today is my 1st time coming to this store I ordered a #2 meal with a a famous star burger total was about $23 when I drive up to the window I handed my card to the young lady in the window .. she hands me my receipt & she charged the people behind me which was $37 . I told her and she said she was going to refund it back to my card... when I get home .. I have 2 charges on my credit card.. my $23 & the $37 from the car behind me... I call the manager Rosa asap & her excuse was oh we don't do card refunds and I have the money right here.. not to mention all my food was cold by the 20-30 minutes I waited at the window ... all she said was she got side tracked ... what a shame . I'm not from this area
This place is absolutely ridiculous! The people that work mornings are rude, refuse to make any of the featured menu items, treat you like you’re stupid, and make eating out way more stressful than staying home.
