Great place and service I stop here a lot on my way to work being a travel nurse here but I think it’s ridiculous for them to not tell you or honor their rewards they offer through the app in store as well. I purchased food tonight and paid almost $30 when I they could’ve said through the app it’s BOGO.

Employees all looked miserable. When I went in there was no sense of urgency to even help even being the only one in line. They all, (including management) require training for better customer service. Food was really cold also.

at 11:30 there was no one in line... waited 10 minutes and watched order go out in mobile.. employees milling around and no one engage. finally asked if we should order on the mobile app, employee said no you are fine.... told her I was not fine as no one would take my order... she told me they were very busy... so I left.....

HORRENDOUS.I got a bowl. The rice was so undercooked it was nearly crunchy. Disgusting. I got barbacoa and got pieces of fat instead of actual meat. Hardly any other toppings. That bowl was a punishment. My sisters burrito had lettuce and nasty rice only. The guac was black. We tried to submit a complaint to their website and they rejected it saying technical difficulties. 0/10 do not recommend.
The few times I've been here I have tried many different bowls and each time the portion size and ratios are so off, I either get a ton of rice and little to no meat (even after asking for more) or almost no rice. And they also seem to get annoyed when I ask them for a little more of an ingredient. It's pretty good not the best but good if you need something fast that isn't too unhealthy.

Chipotle is very efficient, despite its made-to-order approach. The line moves swiftly, and the personnel is always nice and helpful. It's the ideal destination for a quick, tasty dinner, whether you eat in or take it to go.

Bug in my food!!! Store offered to remake my plate. But honestly that’s gross. I asked for my money back but due to being an online order they wouldn’t refund me. Told me to contact the 1-800 number. The person over the phone offered to give me two free entrees to compensate for me biting into a bug. I told them wouldn’t return to any of their establishments so that wasn’t acceptable solution for me, but still wouldn’t refund my money. I know it might be silly for some to fight over ten dollars. But I work hard for my money and deserve my money back after finding a buy in my plate
