This location is about six dollars more than any other locations around the same area. Be careful what you order. I got a jumbo shrimp burrito combo, medium. Was almost $19 dollars. The Del tacos in Tulare, Visalia and Fresno, the same meal comes out to just under $13 dollars.

Del Taco in Porterville went downhill! It used to be my favorite place to get The Del Taco because they used to hook it up with the cheese. I finally went back again after I found a long curly hair in my fries that I put in my mouth. I know it wasn't mine because my hair is blonde and straight. I called them and they didn't seem to care. I was craving it tonight and it was a disappointment. It wasn't busy at all and I ordered 3 del tacos and a milkshake. The drive thru worker looked like he didn't want to be there. He gave me my food but no milkshake. I asked for the milkshake and he goes and gets it. I didn't have a straw so I had to ask for a straw. Not to mention that I asked for "Hot" sauce and I got medium or original. I shouldn't be the one to be like don't forget this or that. It's not busy. I get home and my tacos were flat out sad. Barely even cheese and it's on one side. Tacos were cracked. Just didn't taste the same as before. I'm disappointed and I know if I called, they wouldn't care.

Went through the drive thru..ordered a hamburger?. Got home ? was burnt. Went back for a refund. Entered the establishment was really dirty 2 male worker's long hair no hair net...yuck. Lady helping me with the refund tried to short change me. Brought it to her attention. Worst service ever. If I could I would give them NO STARS! Never again.
