The absolute worst service they gave me the wrong order in the Drive-Thru I called three times and I was hung up on. I do not appreciate this kind of business if I could give it no stars I would definitely do that. This is unprofessional. I have asked to speak to a manager three times and every time I did they hung up on me!

So I didn't think that the drive thru menu board reflected accurate pricing or wasn't clear. When I asked about the added $2 for a grilled chicken salad I got a very abrupt response from the drive-thru lady because I asked a second time for clarification and told her that I didn't think it was listed right on the menu board. They need to make their drive thru menu much clearer. Not cool.

We've all seen videos before that are captured of disgruntled and angry customers posted all over YouTube and social media due to frustrations with fast food staff. When viewing these videos I often wonder how someone can lash out and get angry enough to shout or get physical.There is no excuse for that kind of behavior but there is also no excuse for food like this being served in a drive-thru and believing this is acceptable when the cost of this food and everything else keeps rising. I'm very tired of jack-in-the-box establishments here in Porterville not being able to make their "Boba" drinks right, the tapioca beads are supposed to be soft and squishy NOT HARD. I got this drink a second time hoping it would be better but the boba was hard, AGAIN.I ordered Jack's crispy spicy chicken wrap, only to get home and find that the tortilla had been ripped off to accommodate the size of the chicken inside the wrap. Does this look appetizing? Does this look acceptable?Please re-train your staff on how to serve your food appropriately.Note: My fiance went back and spoke to the manager about this order. When he discussed that the boba is supposed to be soft and chewy, not hard the manager responded " Uh, I don't know".
As far as it comes for a jack in the box, it's what you'd expect. Service is good and the atmosphere feels sorta nostalgic. But overall your standard Jack in the Box.
