Why does my ORANGE DREAM MACHINE taste different every time I order it here? Sometimes sometimes Ice sometimes watered-down orange!? IT WAS MY FAVORITE. Management should stress that all crew members follow each recipe exactly so that Orange Dream lovers consistently get the same great taste every time!

This porterville Jamba juice it's the worst. Customer service it's a big no. We went few days ago and the workers welcomed us with a bad attitude when they made our smoothies it looked like they were in a hurry and let me tell you, there was no people only me and my wife I asked the worker a question about the specials they had and she answered me with a real bad and rude attitude. I asked for a manager and they couldn't find the manager. This place is out of control. Management don't care about this place.

Went in to get drinks for me and my mother and never again!! They need to hire real workers with good customer service and real smoothie making experience ! I ordered 2 drinks and 1 of them had hair on the outside of the cup i don't care if it's inside or out it is still disgusting not to mind the stench of the smell the drink had. They need to hire real workers with real work experience instead of these little high school girls that recruit each other just for being friends smh lol what kind of business is this?

They pick and choose the workers half of it is ran by teenage girls with no work experience and just trying to make money smh . They have applications for the job but yet pick and choose the workers . Half the workers in there are all known friends to each other just hooking each other up with jobs yet no work experience or proof or eligibility of working in a business . No matter how much you apply they will never reach back to you unless they know you personally.

Been coming here for a while. Normally they know how to make their drinks. They took a 10 minutes to make our drink then gave us drink that tasted horrible we have had it before. Tastes almost like pure almond milk and no peanut butter. I asked for them to remake me a small cup and they refused. So time for credit company to refuse them money

They need to take lessons on customer service from the hanford location. They served 2 people before me .... I had to wait 15 minutes just to get them to get my order... No one wears gloves I thought that was standard for food service operations
