It's a shame, but I can't find any burger place with decent food, reasonable prices, and customer service.Second visit here. First time was OK all around.This time, SO disappointing! The girl, yes girl, at the counter had to be convinced to tell me the price between a combo and a la carte. I ordered and paid. Got my teeny drink cup. One machine was not working. I went to the counter to seek help. Girl ignored me. I finally rudely barged into a conversation and asked about the drink machine. She went over to it and turned a key which apparently turns it on. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing.When my order was ready, I saw immediately the onion rings were WAY overcooked. I pointed this out and had them make them again. I think they just put the same ones in a new bag. Still looked burned to me.I left with no intention of ever returning. That's probably what she wants anyway.

Food is delicious. Best burgers I had in Porterville. The food is always fresh and consistently made. If you like burgers try the , "2 Super Deluxe special". The price is reasonable and 2 fill myself up. Staff are always polite and keep busy cleaning or wiping down counters or what not. The location is always busy in the " Vallarta" parking lot is why the atmosphere could be improved. Work with what you got and do a great job with it.Thanks "Js Burgers",Josh F.

the food is so good but they can work in there customer service. they have this girl that’s super skinny black hair and white she was so rude and just starring everyone down. she looks like she doesn’t want to be there and acts like she’s not there to work like she’s there to just be talking. great place just do better.

There is a gal who makes the most amazing ice cream cones..they are to the perfect size you order..the really cool part is they look PERFECT! Symmetrically and with the swirl on top! Of course their ice cream is the best I have tasted in town.. We also ordered the Deluxe Burger 2for $7.99. they were cheaper not to long ago and most the time super good. I must tonight was a good night to be customer of J's! Everything was perfect!! The young lady that served us is amazing...she has served us a few times..hope it's her Everytime!!!!!
