Wouldn’t give me a side of Mac sauce and told me no McDonald’s does that and they are not allowed too.The manager literally has lighted me telling me they don’t do that.I have gotten a side of Mac sauce with my meal forever at McDonald’s this place is a joke. In the time it took her to argue with me she could have just gave me a side.

I ordered a cheeseburger with only mustard and they asked if I wanted cheese on it? I said yeah it’s a cheeseburger? They didn’t like that so to screw with me they put ketchup on it. I had talked to the manager about my kid being Autistic and he’s really picky sometimes he won’t eat unless it’s a certain way so I have to make sure it’s done right because this location always gets orders wrong. They don’t know the difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger? I didn’t order a plain hamburger with mustard I ordered a cheeseburger with only mustard. If you don’t believe me try ordering a plain cheeseburger only mustard see what happens

It's always dirty here and the food is sometimes warm?? But the pricing is crazy .... you can eat anywhere else a lot cheaper .... in n out is cheaper than McDonald's and you can get quality food almost any other place .... avoid this spot

The burgers I ordered were very salty and burnt. I usually order two mcdoubles with no onions and usually they get it right but this time it just had way too much onions. I also think the drive thru service should be a little bit faster but i get it with one lane. I hardly go inside and order but when I do the stores floors are always sticky. I think that the store can improve.

Mcdonalds in Porterville, CA maintains a constant disappointment. Although I agree that you get what you pay for, bad service, incorrect items, and bland food are among a few of the things this establishment is best known for. In the last few years I have received many incorrect orders which employees refuse to make correct, or attempt to convince their customer that they just ordered it wrong. I would not recommend this establishment over any of the other fast food chains in town.
