So I went with my family to eat here tonight and while we've always done takeout through Pizza Factory, we've never dined in before and I knew they had an arcade so we wanted to try it. We spent 6 dollars on two fountain drinks and when I walked up to the soda machine I immediately noticed how dirty it was and then spotted a whole ecosystem of mold growing inside the tray. So, opted not to get drinks. We then got our pizza which was good as it usually is and went to the arcade after only to find a rat trap placed on one of the games where you would use your foot to drive. So then I'm like great that would have been good to know before eating the food but hey whatever. Not only that, but any kid could unknowingly get hurt by the trap. The cherry on top of it was that the arcade games are super rigged and if you spend 20 bucks on 80 credits you blow through it super quick because one claw machine try is 12 credits. For a place that's really well known in Porterville it was really disappointing to see how dirty it is in there.

The food takes forever! I was waitting for my pizza for a long time and people who came after me got their pizzas first and the games are rigged half of them don’t work and the machine to buy a card froze and there was weird things on the search bar that were not for

I ordered my pizza. They never called me until I went to the counter and asked for the pizza and it was cold. They didn’t even apologize and the workers were making faces because I said it was cold.

Unfortunately, I no longer can eat at this restaurant. The employees do not wash their hands nor do they wear gloves. The last time I was there the cashier handled money at the register and then went on to make a pizza without washing his hands. While I was waiting another employee was refilling pizza toppings and she was scooping pineapple out of a bucket with her hands. It was disgusting! Meanwhile, another employee was on her cellphone. By the way, it took one hour for them to complete my order and for the first 30 minutes they were not making any pizzas. I don't understand why the management or owner is not training their employees on how to handle food properly. If you're handling food and you go to answer the phone, then you need to wash your hands, if you're handling food and you are helping someone at a cash register you need to wash your hands, if you are touching your hair, face, or cellphone you need to wash your hands. It's a simple fix! I hope that the owner or manager looks at this review and makes the necessary changes so that their employees are trained properly.

On my way home, could have chosen any pizza but I recall having a pizza from another pizza factory years ago. I was a little surprised about the cost. I ordered an extra large. But once I arrived I was greeted with friendly person at the cash register who checked on my pizza right away. He was even ending his shift and I felt the customer service was above most. I received my pizza and was not disappointed with the customer service of the next person who gave me my pizza and asked if I wanted any peppers or cheese. Then I got home and tasted the pizza. It did not disappoint me. It was cooked just right with the sausage cooked enough to get crispy on the outside but just right on the inside and the crust was delicious. I’m glad I tried them again.

Ordered a pizza over the phone, got to the pizza parlor about 10 minutes later, the lady at the front desk originally “over the phone” told me the order will be about 30 mins. So I get to the pizza parlor and mind you that was about 10 minutes later, we’ll I waited about an extra hour and a half or so in the pizza parlor, never told me my order was ready, families who showed up 30 mins after me, not to mention I called this order in, we’re getting there food before me. So I go up to the front counter just to see my pizza just sitting there near the oven while the individuals are talking, conversating with customers about absolute non related work stuff while I’ve already waited over an hour and a half for my order. Then, to top it off the lady at the front counter tries giving me attitude when I tell her my order was placed over an hour and a half ago. She said the lady who took my order never said anything, so I’m assuming it’s not obvious a pizza sitting there near the oven for who knows how long, boxed up belongs to nobody ? While you see us sitting down waiting for our food, makes no sense. This place seems very unorganized. I go to Corcoran pizza factory quite often, and the environments are completely opposite, they’re on it there.

I understand they close in 1.5 hours, but they didn't have the frozen lasagna defrosted to make... so I had to change my order... out of the ten available tables, only three were actually clean... would have given a perfect score, but I feel like restaurants are starting to tell us what and how to eat, instead of providing customer service to accommodate the customer? Workers probably just need more training...

This was just disappointing! I’m going to have to re-think my pizza options here in porterville. Literally DiGiorno Would have been better Damn pizza was almost as thin as my receipt see Photo. Burnt onions and places On the pizza with zero toppings ??‍♂️not to mention it was cold but it wouldn’t take long for something this thin. Honestly for $35 I expected much better.?????? not happy about it and my guests were laughing at it damn.

First time at this PF location, and I could swear they made our pizza thin crust. It was still really good, but not awesome. Would love to come back for buffet.

It's my favorite spot to eat in town! All the staff is always super friendly and welcoming as well as very efficient with their job duties. The pizza quality is always on point, and their salad bar is the best in town, not to mention their beer is always nice and cold. Love this place and will always be coming back.
