I ordered their fries through door dash with carne asada and extra cheese, which came out to $12. When selecting the condiments the only ones listed in the order are “cilantro, onion, salsa” which I opted out of. When I got my order the fries came with a lot of chipotle sauce which was not listed as an option to remove (if it was I would’ve deselected) I did not know the fries would come with chipotle sauce.I called quesabirria tacos to tell them what happened and they said I would have to pay for another order of fries of $12 if I wanted them without chipotle sauce since it was not their fault I didn’t ask for no chipotle sauce. I told them they don’t put chipotle sauce as an option to deselect therefore they should remake them since I did not know it would come with that.The employee said they’d loose money if they were to remake my fries and that they can not give me “free food”. None of that makes sense since I DID pay for the fries and I am also loosing money by getting food I can’t eat. She called the owner Beatriz? And owner said they can’t replace my item. I am very disappointed by their customer service and shocked they’d rather keep the $12 than a recurrent customer.

Always eat at Porterville Quesabirrias, this time I ordered food, it was disappointing: Asada nachos had lots grease :(

The famous quesabirrias were tough and not tender at all. The tostadas were hard to eat because they were so chewy. Couldn’t even eat them. So disappointed. The consome is fine. The taste isn’t over the top great. However, my partner enjoys the pastor tortas so that is why we’re rating it a 2. Also overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food.

The food is damn good. Worth it. Location is small inside but I always take it to go. People seem to enjoy eating inside. Outside seating is nice. Worth eating outside if you don’t have loud people around you. Service is great. Plenty of options. Best place in town for this style of food.
This place is way popular way busy ! They just need another set of covered tables and chairs for the winter. The food is excellent! I ordered the Tacos with Cabezas and tripas ... but when i'm feeling better I'll get the quesaberrias and the menudo.. It has a pick up drive thru and eat in... Wow !Please make the outdoor setting covered so we can enjoy our so authentic quesabirrias!

This location serves some of the greatest quesabirrias in Porterville. The tacos are truly phenomenal. I love going here as the tacos are very juicy and the drinks are authentic. I love the consommé as it adds flavor. I've also been met with great customer service. Overall, this place has many options to choose from and it doesn't disappoint!

Very good food whether your going in for quesabiirrias or just regular tacos or burritos I've tried most of there meats and it's all very good. The place is pretty small but it gets the job done. They're very friendly and don't hesitate to give you more salsa or whatever you need .
This place lags so much, that’s the only thing I really have to say. Food is good. Just the wait time is extremely long. Here’s my advice, hire two good mature persons that do less talking and more working and pay them above minimum wage so that food can be prepared faster.
