Delicious treats every time. The service and servers are great; and it's a great place to sit and enjoy your treats.

It's so cozy, with a clean welcoming atmosphere. They have delicious food and drinks. It's the place for the perfect treat and a space for Bible Studies, meetings, studying, or hanging out with a friend. They have a window where you can watch the chocolateers at work. Absolute best place for coffee and chocolate.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk drink substitutions, and sugar free chocolate options available.

Rainy and gloomy outdoors, wanted something nice and hot to warm our selves, so we decided on driving over to Stafford's in Porterville. Let me say...the streets were wet, but the inside of Stafford's was cozy with plenty of seating available. My wife chose to have a hot cafe mocha with a chocolate scone, and I had a cafe Americano with a scone as well. The drinks served were really hot, and had to cool a bit before enjoying them. Both of us really enjoyed our coffees and our scones. I still had plenty of coffee left over, and decided to purchase a slice of their zucchini coffee cake, and told my wife that I'd be right back as I went to my vehicle to get my wallet. However, upon my return, and as I was ready to pay, the server advised me that the previous customer, a younger person had already paid for my slice of coffee cake, and as I turned around to thank the person they had already exited the store. I felt very grateful for what had just happened to me. I sat down and really enjoyed my treat. The coffee cake had the perfect combination of crust with cake and most definitely made with lots of love. As a fellow baker, I always like to shout out whenever I am very pleased with when someone does a great job in making a difference in my culinary experience, and I want to show my appreciation by voicing my satisfaction. Service was excellent, as was the coffee with our treats. So, if your out and about, and want something hot, and maybe a treat to go with it...try Stafford's Chocolates in Porterville, and be pleasantly surprised as we have. By the way, I'd like to personally Thank the person who paid for my treat.

Best chocolate I have ever had. The muffins are like none I have had. Just fabulous. I look forward to my next trip to Porterville to explore other items on the menu. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

Quite honestly, we were a bit disappointed. We love Stafford's - but this was certainly a less than stellar experience. Maybe it was just a fluke. 1) Caramel Macchiato was way too milky. We ordered it with an extra shot not knowing. Should have had two or three extra shots. 2) We got a few cookies for our kids who opted to not eat them because they didn't taste right. We tried them and they did taste a little stale. 3) We got sugar free chocolate. They have a decent selection and are typically good. And we're aware sugar free doesn't move as quickly as regular. But two of them were definitely beyond shelf life. Want to reiterate, we generally really like Stafford's. Hope this was a one-time thing.

Really nice coffee-shop vibe, welcoming and clean. They have drinks (coffee, tea, etc) and a few pastries plus the chocolates. All employees seem friendly

Great coffee... amazing chocolate! I was in town for a friend's wedding and needed a good coffee place. I was recommended this spot and it didn't disappoint. I didn't intend to grab any of their delights... but I couldn't resist. Thankfully I don't live here since I'd be here everyday.

Hands down the best coffee and sweets in Porterville. Worth our weekly drive from Tulare. We love the cold brew and dark chocolate. The kids love the pastries and s'mores. I love the dark chocolate bars.
