First of all, they put tomatoes in my chalupa when I had asked for none 2 times. The 2 guys that were extremely rude, one was slim with a man bun the other was a bigger guy. One guy asked us to leave. He said to leave soon and then five seconds later another guy came and said we need to leave now after we had only been there for 15 minutes.. We didn’t get to enjoy our food at all.

I recently lost all better judgment and made a terrible choice going to the Taco Bell in Henderson the "burrito" I bought and I use air quotes because what I received can only be described as a limp, soggy tube of regret. The filling was a mishmash of indistinguishable ingredients, that made me question my life choices. As if that weren't enough, I decided to give their nachos a shot. What arrived at my table could only be described as a mound of cheesy disappointment. The chips were soggy, and the cheese was gloopy and lacked any real cheese flavor. I couldn't bring myself to finish them.To wash down this disastrous meal, I ordered a soft drink. Even that was subpar, with flat soda and a syrupy aftertaste. But perhaps the worst part of the entire experience was the feeling in my stomach afterward. I can only describe it as a pit of despair. It's as if my body was telling me, "Why did you do this to me?"

It’s insane how many times they’ve either messed up my order or skimped out my food that it’s not even close to worth the money if your just getting lettuce.. I hate that I live closer to this one cause it’s to the point I rather drive to the other one like I do for little Cesar’s

Amy is always so helpful and professional at the window along with the team and the landscape is one of the best at this location so I never mind waiting in line unlike the other location with less curb appeal.

Wow today I came to this location and I am really disappointed like always it’s nothing new they didn’t have lettuce or sour cream the question is what is really going on the food is overpriced and never looks like the advertisements i always leave disappointed wishing it would be the same since their original grilled stuffed burrito and there 59 cent tacos been a loyal customer since 1965 and I could say I seen them go to the Lowest quality imaginable dear Taco Bell you should be ashamed of yourself PS your 1965 loyal customer
