This location has great service and the young people who work there are very nice. Unfortunately, the quality is very inconsistent. I've had a few great hamburgers there, but most of the time we would have been better off just going to a fast food chain (of which there are many nearby) and paid thirty percent less. Honestly, the nearby fast food chains are usually a better option. It's a shame--we've always liked Habit Burgers we've had at other locations.

The food wasn’t great, and they were more than happy to tell me they don’t give Veterans or Military discounts. I’ll go to the Tulare or Visalia locations instead. The food in Porterville made my stomach hurt. And the other locations actually offer me discounts when I ask.

Not a bad spot at all! Wouldn't ever dine outside here but the option is there. Better than most burger places, nice and clean. Busy and friendly staff. The burger is obviously better than 95% of what's in porterville for fast food and even dine in spots. The issue we had was room temperature fries that lacked a crispness to the outside and an order of onion rings that were dry and smashed up by tongs losing their shape. Please just go to the vault.

I'm vegan and they not only had options for me but offered not to put onions on it since it was cooked in beef. I had a teriyaki burger with a veggie patty and no mayo or cheese, with a side salad. Very good and location was very clean

The food was great!! The guy who took our order looked like a manager, but I'm not sure. He was very nice. The food was great. Everything was delicious. We ordered a southwest chicken salad, crispy chicken sandwich, tempura green beans & fries. We ended up having a car date & enjoyed our yummy food.

Onion rings were done perfectly. However the girl didn't give me a straw..difficult to drink from those cups while driving without one.
First time here and this is what we come home too! Uncooked cold fries! And SALTY cheese burgers not one but both our burgers where salty!

This location seems to be hit or miss as far as quality. A few days ago I was craving a burger and decided to order a Charburger and the 1/2 sweet potato fries 1/2 regular. The bun of the burger was really hard around the edges and seemed stale. The regular fries were barely warm but the sweet potato fries were cold. Not like they had sat out and gotten cool, but like they weren't cooked all the way through and most of them had cold places. Most all of the fries were thrown out because no one wanted cold fries and the reason I got food out was because I didn't want to cook so I didn't want to try to fix them. The last time I ate here everything was good and tasted fresh. I have only used curbside pick up and everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly but not sure how many more times I will want to eat here if the quality is not consistent.

We arrived in the afternoon and were happy to see social distancing in place. Staff wore masks and were very friendly.We ordered the tri-tip sandwich and the ahi tuna sandwich, which were both delicious and the tip-tip sandwich was very juicy.We also ordered sweet potato fries and a drink. The sweet potato fries were wonderful and the drink was an in house peach drink, which we both enjoyed.We will be returning to eat more once covid ceases and we are able to dine in again.
