I always try 2 or 3 flavors before I can decide on which 2 flavor of scoops I want that day. The girl at this shop refused to let me try more than one scoop! It was terrible customer service. Then she relented as my hubby was also with me. So she insisted we can try only one spoon per person!!

Went to get ice cream at 8:35. They didn’t have any add ins other than Oreos. Customer service was terrible they refused to make ice cream at 8:50 because they closed soon. “Ran out of milk” for milkshakes right when they got to us in line and refused to do smoothies. Way overpriced food even though they have none and absolutely awful customer service.

The employee Spencer was so sarcastic I went with my daughter and I order 1 cone but it was too soft so I told him and he said put it in the trash I did

Leah is a SCAMMER! Please do not ever go here. It is so upsetting that she would try and take advantage of my parents. Please check your receipt. This low moral girl added a 73 DOLLAR TIP onto my parents 10 dollar shake. I called today and they said there wasn't a manager so we will see how they make this right tomorrow but please by all means avoid this place. So upsetting to take advantage of older people and think they won't notice. I have never experienced something like this. Please check your receipts. It hurts to think how many people she did this to and got away with it.

Came here on Monday night around 7p to bring my family here for dessert. There was no wait and we easily ordered; 2 signature ice creams, love it size (medium) with waffle bowls and 1 extra topping. Came out to a whopping $27 . The ice cream was good and no wait but at these prices definitely will be a once a year treat

Wow not impressed with the customer service. The staff refused to open a clean ice cream from the back for a food allergy. That seems to be an arbitrary policy only to isolate people with allergies for a made up rule. The staff was unwilling to make an effort. I won't be back. Cold stone has a ton of gluten free options but no effort to work with you for an allergy.

Why did they even bother to open today? Came in and got hit with a long list of what they are not doing. They are not mixing in toppings and will only put them on top. He said the stone isn't working. He said not doing fruit or peanut butter either. They probably shouldn't have opened. Not paying those prices for so much not being done. Boo cold stone.
