I didn’t know it would be so difficult to find Gelato around here! This one was an easy drive from Lakeside. Still hunting for a lemon-ginger flavor like I had in Kihei, HI. So Good!

Absolutely delicious. Authentic taste and you can taste the quality of the cheese! I'm not from this part of CA, but would plan a little weekend trip to the area just to come again. The gelato is also terrific- créme brûlée or birthday cake flavor!

The food was very fresh and yummy. I think the service was outstanding and the guy that served me and my husband was sweet. I appreciated the nice music and the good pizza. This is definitely a staple for now on!

We tried pizza Vero for the first time tonight. The pizza was delicious and I loved the crispy crust. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the location and space is very cute. We were offered gelato samples which were all so delicious. If we didn't already have dessert in the car we would have ordered so much gelato. We will be back this week for gelato for sure and can't wait to try the ricotta cake and sandwiches soon. Thanks for a great first experience we can't wait to return.

I have tried their cheese, sausage, pepperoni slices and their pizza is really great. Years ago while in Rome, I stopped by a local pizzeria and that was the best pizza I ever had. this pizza reminded me of that trip. Definitely something to try.

Gelato was good but the prices are too much for what they give 2 scopes of ice cream was 10 dollars…. Not worth it. It’s five dollars for one scoop and they do not fill the cup. Way too expensive for what you get. It may be good gelato which I I’ve had in Italy but the price is not there. It’s more expensive then good gelato from little Italy…..

Had a groupon and even confirmed the use of the groupon when placing the order. Got to the restaurant and was kept waiting for an extra 20 mins because the very nice lady working there had not been trained. After 20 mins (and now cold pizza), was told they don't accept the groupons that they had contracted for --- and that we would have to pay for the order and try to get a refund from groupon. If we hadn't had a group of people waiting for food, we would have walked away. Instead we took home a pizza (cold and not great by the time we could eat it). Was embarrassing and an overall bad experience. Don't agree to groupon if you aren't going to accept them. Bad juju....

Since it's been sold the quality has definitely gone downhill. The pizza we loved has completely changed with less toppings and is completely different than when the original owner was running it. They should bring back the old recipes, otherwise I won't be back.

It was okay. Deluxe was kinda lacking on toppings. Was nicer in the photos. Wonder if it's because it was near closing time on a delivery app. Dough was good, sauce and cheese was good. Quality of everything was great. A bit more bready than i like it and toppings seemed skimped. Would give a 3.5 but owner seems like a genuine nice guy. Probably not ordering here again, maybe in person but not delivery.
