Michelle and Lydia went way above and beyond to provide me with an excellent experience! For some reason, my Jamba app wasn't being read by the computer, but they honored the coupon that I was trying to use anyway. Then on the way out, I got caught up on the door and dropped one of my smoothies. As I was frantically trying to clean up the mess, they made me another smoothie to replace the one I dropped! I couldn't believe it! They reassured me that everything was okay and that they would finish cleaning up the mess. It was the kindest and most positive customer experience that I've had in a really long time; maybe ever. Thank you so much, Michelle and Lydia!
