Food Is always on Point but today I want to give a shout out to the staff! My kids LOVE jersey mikes so when we got a email for BOGO how could we resist right! Anyhow my 4 year old was telling the staff he wants to work there. What did they do give him an "'application" ( a napkin) to write his name and availably and made him promise to bring his resume and references in. To say he was stoked is an understatement. And the guys that was interacting with him was bran new. and the boss gal entertained it too. I have to say thank you you guys are them best!!!

Very clean and the lady employees were sweet. I saw this new flyer up inside and it was intriguing to try something that is different. So this bowl is Philly cheese steak with nacho cheese Doritos and lettuce with jalapenos on top. The other choice is chicken with Cool ranch Doritos with lettuce on the side and jalapenos on top. I'm not a big Cool ranch fan so I went with the Philly cheese steak and Nacho cheese Doritos. It was like a deconstructed nacho plate. I replaced the jalapenos with a side of pickles. I have to say it was quite delicious. It was nice to build each Dorito with exactly what I wanted on top. The best part was there were plenty of Doritos until the very end.

Manager, Jonelle, William, and Heather Are the nicest employees I have ever met. Not many employees make conversations anymore with the customers that come in. Stopped in for an always awesome Jersey Mikes sub and was blown away by Julien, this young man was doing it all! He was making all the subs, hot and cold, was telling his coworker what each person ordered and they were jam packed and he did not wilt at all under the pressure. Calm, cool, collected and provided outstanding service with a smile. It takes a lot for me to leave a review and this gentleman deserves acknowledgment for how great of an employee he is. I went here for lunch today while my bike was being serviced in the nearby shop, and it was my first time at Jersey Mike's. I used to eat at Subway a lot back in the day, but I haven't been to a sub sandwich place in about ten years, probably. Jersey Mike's was great!I ordered a roast beef & provolone and it tasted great! The guy who made my sandwich was named Chris (easy to remember for me since I have the same name). I overheard him talking sandwich prep with another customer, too. He really knows his stuff!I was also helped out at the register by an awesome gal who was super friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she's short and has bright red coloring in her hair. Anyway, she's a real people person and made me feel welcome! Great customer service!I ride by this place once in a while, so maybe I'll have to start stopping in more often!

I really like this place it's absolutely amazing. One of my favorite workers has to be the skinny girl with long brown hair, I believe her name is Kalen or something like that. She's always so kind and attentive to our needs. Her sandwiches are always 100%! My lunch go to place!

I have to admit the price stunned me a bit so I stopped going there. However, after returning to Subway, I remembered that old saying “you get what you pay for” so I quickly returned to Jersey Mike’s & will never leave again. In fact, if I can’t afford it for that night, I will go w/o subs all together for that night. Cheaper substitutes will no longer be an option for this family. Their bread is soft & their meats are freshly sliced deli style. The lettuce is green, crispy & shredded into the perfect size which is important to a lettuce lover like me!! I always had to ask Subway, “can you please remove all of those large dead white pieces?” The best part is Jersey Mike’s consistency…the subs always taste fresh & yummy. I’ve ordered from this location about 5x now & haven’t had one single complaint! My whole family loves it & gets excited when I say “I think I’ll get Jersey Mike’s for dinner!” Joining their “Shore Points” reward program is well worth it & the points accumulate pretty fast for me b/c I spend about $100 with each visit. I love it when I earn a free Giant Sub. They gave me 80 points recently as a birthday gift which is a nice bonus & helps earn free food. The points never expire!! The staff at this Poway location is so friendly & nice….they greet me right away & smile too!! They all make a darn good sandwich!!! Friendliness is an important element for me when choosing locations. I actually drive a little further to get to this location because the friendliness of the staff makes it worth it. I had ordered Rosemary bread for 2 of my subs recently & the gentleman (wish I had his name) working there called me to say that they were out of Rosemary bread & what would I like as a substitute? He didn’t want to hold up my order from being processed by waiting until I arrived to pick up the order. Who does that…no one!! I was so impressed with his thoughtfulness & his common sense! It’s just another example as to why I return to this location. I could never order online with Subway because they screwed up the order every time. I lost out on many promotions that would have benefited me but required online ordering. I had to order in person so I could supervise the Subway staff making my sandwiches so I never got to use the convenient online ordering option. I don’t have that problem whatsoever at Jersey Mike’s. This is the first sub shop that I can confidently order online with. They have never failed me. They even put on the perfect amount of the condiments I order. They don’t need supervising to make your sandwich the way you ordered it! I will definitely continue to order from Jersey Mike’s & especially from this location. Lastly, I would like to mention that their online Mobile app is super user friendly. It’s beautiful & the sections aren’t all cluttered. It’s actually one of the best food ordering mobile apps & websites I’ve seen!! Kudos to the Webmaster and/or the app tech master (sorry…don’t know titles).
