I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Generally the sandwiches are good (except the time I ended up with strings on my pepperoni) but I always order via the app and most of the time my order is late. Even when you sit there waiting they take care of all the walk-ups first which is pretty frustrating. I've seen other reviewers highlight the same issue yet these guys never seem to fix it. Also I've never seen anyone in there other than worker-bees and never anyone who looks like a franchisee. Sigh!

As a previous assistant manager of this location, it was incredibly refreshing having the service I did tonight after a rather confusing situation with the app!! Not only did the two gentleman go above and beyond this evening to help me make sure the orders were correct they were so friendly and conversational!! Drew, Steve, Jolene, high five for the guys you have here!! It’s been almost five years since I’ve been in this location and I’m definitely going to back!! Hopefully this makes it to them!!

Amazing customer service. As soon as we walked in and ordered our sandwiches we were welcomed and taken care of. Jaden R.- Manager, Joseph H. Asst. Manager, Jonelle, William, and Heather Are the nicest employees I have ever met. Not many employees make conversations anymore with the customers that come in. Theae employees made is feel very welcomed. Thank you!!

Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. I got a DoorDash order because I could not leave my work to pick it up. They Never read special requests, nor the modifications you make to your sandwich. I ordered a club sandwich with no oil and vinegar, added a special request on the "special request" line and said oil and vinegar on the side please. Got my order, had oil and vinegar right on the sandwich, took a bite... no bacon. Lunch ruined and can't go back to fox it. Poway rd location is way better. I accidentally chose this location in the app and didn't realize til after the fact. t's been in a year and I just hoped they fixed their ways. Nope. Read your customers requests and make sure orders that are getting delivered are made correctly. Super disappointed, but not surprised with this location.
I went in contemplating if the employee would think I'm crazy for asking him to heat my turkey meat, I've been craving a sub these past 4 months of being pregnant and the gentleman who assisted me had some tattoos on his arm, I believe one of it was a shark.. anyways he did it without hesitation and kindly ask if I was pregnant and I told him yes! He even congratulated me, it's really the small things! Thank you for being kind, what a great asset you have on the team!

I went here last week and janelle was extremely patient and nice trying to find my order. I order here often and always online since I have a short lunch. I ordered online like normal and it switched to a different location. Tom the manager was in a meeting and over heard our conversation and took it upon himself to step aside and help me. They made my order right then and there. I was able to enjoy my food instead of having to rush over to another location. I loved this location already but this just made it even better. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service!
