I was feeling Greek food after our hike in Poway. Called this place as I wanted a gyro but a lot of places make them with only beef or chicken, while I prefer lamb. Larry's says theirs is a mix of beef and lamb. It was perfectly fine but still prefer lamb. Lots of fries came with it. My wife had the quarter chicken plate. Looking for some comfort food? Mr. Larry is your man. The menu is surprisingly diverse so he probably has whatever you may be craving. Want takeout? Call ahead and your food will be waiting for you by the time you get there. Dining in? There's a TV right there and if you ask, you might just get the show you want to watch. The dark chicken plate with lamb or number 11, is the best Greek food i ever had. The spicy feta cheese sauce is out of this world! Larry is awesome! Great family place, great service and food, always.
