4/24/24. I went here after watching a flick at the nearby AMC theaters and was just pleasantly surprised with the food and service! This is by far the best experience I've had at THBG due to the elevated food quality. 3/30/24. Double Charburger with cheese ($8.59): the beef was well-seasoned, juicy, and plenty. The amount of cheese was also generous and nicely melted. The bun was slightly toasted but still retained its softness, 4.5/5 stars! Tempura Green Beans ($4.49): this was also perfectly cooked. It was seasoned, had a crispy exterior while the green beans were tender, 5/5 stars! The employee at the front that took my order was friendly and provided recommendations. He was right that the original charburger was plenty enough, but I still ordered a double char :) The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking. We just beat the dinner rush, as a lined formed after we obtained our order. Winning!

Service was sooo slow and it was empty. The gal at the front wasn't smiling, could literally not move any slower and seemed miserable. Had to write a review because it was that bad!

Burgers are fantastic. We have had a range of different options here including grilled chicken Caesar salad - excellent. Very good fried onion rings. Charburgers and grilled mushroom burgers are excellent. Service was great. I asked for half-dressing on my freshly hand tossed Ceasar salad and very happy with this option. Plenty of outdoor indoor seatings.

First time eating at this location. I ordered the bbq burger char with sweet potato fries and it was well done. Clean restaurant and nice outdoor patio to eat at. Only complaint was a cashier named Molly, she was unfriendly and was talking to her coworkers while i was the only one waiting to place my order. Aside from that, the ambiance is passable. If you value customer service and would rather avoid dealing with moody teenagers, I suggest visiting the La Mesa location.

Ordered a 10 piece, they gave me 9. Ordered 2 double chars without cheese, they put cheese on both. They usually get the order right though (4/5 times probably) and facilities are clean. Tasty

Overall our experience yesterday at the Poway store #0307, absolutely the best service ever!!! I came from Los Angeles Ca. To visit my mom. Paris is the most beautiful inside & out young lady that took our order for me & my mom.. I was having trouble choosing our meal on that tablet & Paris immediately came to our rescue. She is the most sweet, kind & very attentive young lady!! She's the person all fast foods places should have! She always had a smile & treated customers with respect & professionalism! Food was fresh, tasty & delicious. I Also liked that the establishment was very clean & so were the restrooms, very important! We will be back! Went to The Habit in Poway for the first time a few days ago. They accommodated a big group of us and gave us first rate service! Karen, Erick and Letty were great! Love the food! Had the tempura green beans and crispy chicken sandwich. I would go here again!
I just visited the Poway Habit for the first time. The manager arranged seating on the patio to accommodate a large group of us. Service was phenomenal and food was great. Thank you to the team that was friendly, welcoming, and super at serving us!

This store front is great. The staff is always kind and they've gone the extra mile for me on several occasions. I've had some stomach issues with the other habit stores, possibly a food allergy, I'm not sure, but this store has been consistently safe.And Cassandra, the cashier on duty when I come, is always super sweet. She remembers me by name and checks to make sure I'm taken care of. It's my usual spot for taking some me time. Thank you to this team for making it a refreshing place for me.
